Julia Morris surprised viewers with her noticeably slimmer figure when she appeared on the recent season of ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ last month.
According to a source, Robert Irwin, the show’s co-host, may be helping Bindi Irwin’s father, 57, maintain his healthy appearance.
According to reports, the 22-year-old, known for her wildlife advocacy, has become a consistent source of encouragement and helps the experienced television personality stay in shape.
‘Robert has been there for Julia a lot,’ the insider said in the new edition of Woman’s Day.
Robert was there for Julia during a tough time in 2024. She received an ADHD diagnosis and then faced a frightening health scare with cancer, and he offered his support throughout both challenges.
According to a source, Robert has been a supportive friend to Julia, especially after her divorce from Dan Thomas in 2021.
People have also noticed her weight loss, and it’s thanks to Robert! He’s inspired her to get fit and eat healthier, and he’s been actively supporting her throughout the process.
‘Plus, she also says working with a very clever young man has put a spring in her step!’
Julia has also been a valuable mentor to Robert, offering guidance and support as he makes decisions about his career.
Julia traveled to Los Angeles in November to support Robert when he won Dancing With the Stars US.
This announcement follows the host’s statement that she’s decided to stop dating after ending her 16-year marriage in 2021.
Julia recently told TV Week she’s feeling really happy, and people keep asking if she’s dating anyone. She jokingly replies, ‘Definitely not – and that’s the secret to my good looks!’
She shared that she felt content with her life right now and wasn’t looking to start a new relationship.
She explained she doesn’t want to meet new people. She felt she’d lived a full life before getting married – perhaps even too full – and then marriage brought another chapter. Now, she’s looking forward to enjoying a completely new phase of life.
Julia explained that her focus had shifted, and she was now prioritizing spending time with her daughters, Ruby, 18, and Sophie, 16.
She said she’s happier now than she’s ever been, something she couldn’t have imagined when she started this four years ago.
I’ve been through a lot lately – my marriage ended, my father passed away, and even Dr. Chris Brown left ‘I’m a Celebrity…’ It feels like losing people you care about, but that’s just part of life, I guess.
There are no shortcuts – you need to work through challenges directly. Avoid blaming others, and instead, focus on understanding your own role and making improvements.
During an appearance on The Kyle & Jackie O Show in July 2024, Julia mentioned her separation from Dan was difficult, but declined to share any specifics about their divorce.
She explained to Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson that there was more to the breakup than people knew.
I don’t want to show disrespect to Dan or his experiences, and more importantly, I don’t want to create problems for my children by revealing potentially upsetting information.
