According to James, with the Met Gala just around the corner and Kim’s sisters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, currently dating popular actors Timothée Chalamet and Jacob Elordi, it’s understandable Kim might feel the need to publicly confirm her relationship with Lewis, as she seems to be doing with these photos.

These new surfing photos, with their carefully styled looks, feel very posed and artificial. They seem less about capturing a genuine moment and more like a public declaration – a way for the people in the photos to signal that they’re a committed couple.

However, a closer look suggests this new relationship might be genuine. James points to three specific body language signals that indicate how the couple truly feels about each other.

James points out that the beach scenes, especially the couple embracing in the shallow water, looked great on camera. However, Kim also took Lewis out into deeper water, effectively hiding them from view.

‘PR pics usually stop once the poses are done but this looked more like a real, shared swim-date’.

Kim’s lively facial expressions while swimming with Lewis seemed to show real joy and playful enjoyment.

Kim often presents a polished and glamorous image for the public, but in this moment, she’s beaming with a genuine, unrestrained smile that crinkles her eyes, making her seem more natural and less concerned with how she appears.

Ultimately, the way Lewis’ characters interact through physical touch reveals the game’s true nature. These interactions, which include close and intimate touching, are meant to create a relaxed and sensual atmosphere.

Their embraces in the water are very close, and one photo shows Lewis with his hand resting on Kim’s rear – a gesture usually reserved for intimate partners.

Kim and Lewis started their romantic getaway at the popular Estelle Manor, a favorite among celebrities. They then continued their first public dates at a series of significant cultural events.

After being friends for over a decade, they publicly confirmed their relationship in February at the Super Bowl, where they were seen together in a VIP section.

In March Kim jetted over to Japan when Lewis was competing in the Tokyo Grand Prix. 

The pair were last seen together at the Coachella music festival in California earlier this month, and they’ve now confirmed their relationship on Instagram.

Someone close to the couple described their relationship as very passionate, and shared that her family really loves him.
