Brook Crompton is engaged and pregnant – and not with her television husband.

The reality TV star from Married At First Sight is back together with her former boyfriend, Harry, and they’re expecting a baby.

Harry has addressed the situation with his fiancée’s co-star, Chris Nield, stating he’s never watched the show and doesn’t have any message for him.

The builder admitted he doesn’t watch Brook’s appearances on the reality show, believing it’s all just performance rather than genuine behavior.

Harry told Woman’s Day that she hasn’t discussed their past relationship or anything related to it. He explained that part of her life is closed off and what people saw was simply part of the performance – just acting.

Harry says that if he saw Chris out in public he ‘wouldn’t do anything.’

‘It would just be another person walking by that is going about their business,’ he added.

Harry and his 27-year-old model partner announced this week that they are getting married and expecting a baby.

This news follows Chris’s reaction to reports that his wife from the TV show, Brook, has reconciled with her former partner. The Daily Mail first revealed the story just a few days ago.

The 31-year-old Australian athlete and construction worker recently had an honest conversation about the surprising turn of events on the show, a twist that both shocked the audience and proved some cast members right.

Although Chris claims he doesn’t harbor any negativity towards Brook, he acknowledges that early on, there were indications of trouble.

Last week, news broke of a scandal involving Brook and her ex-boyfriend, Harry. The Daily Mail published photos and video of them kissing and cuddling while decorating a Christmas tree in October – just weeks after her relationship with Chris fell apart behind the scenes.

This incident proved what people on set had been quietly suggesting: Chris now feels Brook wasn’t truly committed to the project.

Chris mentioned back in November that he didn’t believe she was ready for a new relationship.

Discovering on our wedding day that she’d slept with her ex just two days prior… in retrospect, it feels like she wasn’t truly prepared for marriage.

Chris understood the situation better when he realized Brook quickly returned to her normal routine after the show finished filming.

The groom said that during filming, Brook repeatedly threatened to leave, packing her bags several times. He explained that the stressful conditions on set were extremely difficult for both of them.

Okay, so here’s the situation: Brook and Chris broke up, and now that Brook’s happily back with her ex, it’s been really tough for Chris. He feels like her new relationship has completely shut down any chance of us connecting – it’s like she’s not open to any communication at all, and honestly, it’s been a difficult adjustment.

‘It’d be strange to let that relationship or friendship be there,’ he said.

Chris suggested Brook’s boyfriend might be discouraging her from participating, likely because of the ongoing attention from the show and the media surrounding the cast.

Last week, the Daily Mail reported that Brook is expecting a baby, after photos surfaced showing her visibly pregnant in Brisbane.

Channel Nine has declined to comment.
