Just in time for the World Cup, 4AD has released a special collection for football fans. They’ve partnered with New York’s Full Kit to create a limited-edition set of three items featuring artwork inspired by iconic 4AD artists like Cocteau Twins, Scott Walker, and Air Miami – perfect for showing your team spirit in style.

The “Complicated Opposition” collection combines the worlds of soccer and indie music. The standout piece is the Scotland Jersey inspired by the iconic Cocteau Twins album, Heaven or Las Vegas. Created for Scotland’s return to the World Cup, the jersey features traditional soccer details alongside a dreamy aesthetic, including tartan patterns and a woven crest depicting the “Lily Dancer”.

Scott Walker’s ‘Bish Bosch’ USA Jersey collection is bringing a bold, graphic style – inspired by the late artist’s later work – to soccer apparel. The release also includes a Colourbox x Air Miami Scarf, drawing inspiration from the duo’s classic single. The scarf’s design, created by Chris Bigg and The Douglas Brothers, captures the energetic spirit of fan culture, referencing tracks like Air Miami’s “World Cup Fever” and Colourbox’s “The Official Colourbox World Cup Theme.”

To support War Child, a percentage of sales from the 4AD x Full Kit “Complicated Opposition” World Cup collection will be donated to the charity. You can pre-order the collection now through June 8th on the 4AD webstore and Bandcamp.
