Taskmaster star joins final season of ‘captivating BBC series that will leave you yearning for more’

Fatiha El-Ghorri, known from the show Taskmaster, is joining the cast of the BBC comedy-drama Boarders. This announcement comes as the BBC reveals the cast for the show’s third and final season.

The BBC announced that comedian El-Ghorri will play Mrs. El-Fassi, the strict new headmistress, in the popular school sitcom. Fans on IMDb have praised the show as a highly engaging and addictive series.

The series Boarders centers on five bright, Black teenagers from the city who receive scholarships to attend the elite British boarding school, St. Gilbert’s. The final season follows Jaheim Marsham (Josh Tedeku), Leah Dulverton (Jodie Campbell), Omar Palmer-Grace (Myles Kamwendo), Femi Adebayo (Aruna Jalloh), and Toby Staithes (Sekou Diaby) as they face new challenges and upheaval.

Madeleine Sinclair, the Creative Director for Studio Lambert (the show’s producers), agreed, saying they were fortunate to have such a talented cast on Boarders. This includes both returning favorites and exciting new actors for the third series.
