So, in order to get these items, you just need to take the following steps:

  • Sage – Sage is found all around grassy areas, assuming you did not already pick any along the way. Just look for the bundles of purple flowers on the ground and go pick up at least one of them.
  • Rose – Just like the previous one, roses can be found in bushes all around the nearby town or just outside it. One example is the spot where an NPC named Abigor hangs out. Just a few steps away from him, you will find at least one bush.
  • Feathers – Feathers can be purchased from a blacksmith at the nearby town, or you can loot them off dead enemies. Outlaws who use bows are often going to have some on their body, so make sure to check enemies whenever you kill them!

After gathering everything needed, simply return to the shrine where you can opt for “making an offering.” This action grants you the All-Mother’s Mercy Amulet.

This item is incredibly beneficial; it restores your entire health upon use, effectively bringing you back to life. However, instead of perishing permanently, you’ll be revitalized at the cost of the amulet, which will shatter as part of the process.
