SYBO Games has released Subway Surfers City, the newest installment in the popular Subway Surfers series, for Android and iOS. The game first became available in a limited release in July 2024, and players could sign up for notifications about the full launch starting in January 2026.

I never thought I’d be playing another endless runner game in 2026, but here we are with Subway Surfers City! It’s set in a larger world called Subway City, and I was so eager to check it out that I’ve already downloaded it. I’m excited to explore the different areas of the city with Jake, Tricky, Fresh, and Yutani.

Get ready for a familiar but updated experience with new obstacles, higher jumps, and a cast of fresh characters! You can easily switch between the classic endless running mode and the brand-new City Tour. Plus, we’ve added unique Surfers and Boards, each with special abilities to help you out.

You can try new mechanics, use new power-ups, and unlock more Districts

The team has done a fantastic job balancing fresh ideas with the familiar gameplay we all love. As you earn experience and unlock new areas, you’ll be able to jump higher, drop lower, and even stomp, all to discover hidden Secret Stars. It’s definitely a challenge, but helpful new power-ups like Bubblegum and Drones are available to make things easier – so have fun!

The game looks really fun, with bright graphics, cool new perks, and lively areas to explore. There are lots of different missions and rewards, plus trials and limited-time events to keep things interesting. What I especially loved is that you can play it even without an internet connection, which is unusual for mobile games these days. Don’t hesitate – give it a try!
