As an ardent fan of Strictly Come Dancing, it’s been a rollercoaster watching Nick Knowles navigate through this season. His determination and unwavering spirit are truly inspiring. Despite his unfortunate injuries, he continues to press on, ready to get back in the dance studio as soon as he recovers from his operations.

Nick Knowles, star of Strictly Come Dancing, shared that he’s eager and excited to return to the dance studio once he’s fully recuperated from his two surgeries.

On Monday night, I found myself beaming with excitement as I tuned in to catch a glimpse of none other than Nick Knowles, my all-time favorite DIY SOS star, who’s 62 now, if you can believe it! He was there alongside his partner, the graceful Luba Mushtuk, on Strictly It Takes Two. Oh, the joy it brought me just to see them together!

In conversation with host Fleur East, the TV presenter disclosed that he needs to undergo two medical treatments following an injury sustained during rehearsals.

In a conversation, he shared that once he’s fully recuperated, he intends to return to rehearsals to ready himself for his upcoming wedding.

Nick even shared that his professional partner Luba would be choreographing his first dance.

At the performance, he expressed his conviction that the judges had made the appropriate choice in sending him home after his absence during rehearsals.

He said: ‘I think it was the right result in the end and it means I  can get the various bits falling off sorted.

This week, I’ll be undergoing a surgical procedure on my arm, and approximately two to three weeks from now, I have another surgery scheduled for my knee.

Information about Nick undergoing surgeries has emerged, following his withdrawal from Movie Week and subsequent sightings with a brace on his leg and a sling around his shoulder.

And the reality show host seemed positive and was looking forward to the future.

He told Fleur: ‘After I’ve had my operations I’m going to do some more training with Luba and I’ve got some important things to do like maybe next year join the Strictly tour.

What’s crucial, though, is that I’m getting married next year, and Luba will be the one helping us with the choreography for our first dance.

As Fleur smiled on at the news, Luba added: ‘He always really wanted to do an Argentine Tango’.

Afterward, she shared the news that she had been choreographing a dance for Nick and his fiancée Katie Dadzie, who got engaged in October of the previous year.

Later on, Fleur inquired about Nick’s thoughts after being on the popular BBC program, to which he responded by sharing that it sparked within him a passion for dance.

He told her: ‘I fell in love with dancing.

It wasn’t clear to you that Luba choreographed all these dances, but I felt like I had disappointed her by not doing enough, so I really wanted to contribute more intensely.

Luba stepped up for her dance partner, asserting that he had shown remarkable improvement, considering the significant obstacles he faced.

She mentioned, “I believe there’s a dancer within him, and I’m confident that once he has everything organized, he will continue to dance.

‘It’s such a beautiful thing.’

Nick playfully commented that it hadn’t occurred to him how risky dance moves could be, following which he shared an amusing incident where his rugby-playing buddies teased him for picking up two injuries while competing on the program.

After being the third celebrity to get eliminated during the dancing contest on Saturday evening, Nick finally admitted his feelings.

The star performed their Charleston to Rain on the Roof from the film Paddington 2 but ultimately lost the dance-off to Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu.

Following the announcement that Nick would be dancing again due to his position, he shared with Tess that this was indeed the best choice for him to resume dancing.

He told the host: ‘Its kind of right.

‘There are some fantastic dancers here and I wasn’t up to scratch for whatever reason.’
