Following the discussion, participants will initially be granted the “Lenses and the Wise One’s Eye quest”. To fulfill this quest, they need to gather 1 piece of deer meat (Venison), 1 clove of Garlic, and 1 Onion. Once these items are obtained, make your way to the quest marker (located at the Ancient Cromlech) and engage with the ritual altar. After an underwhelming result, return to Jann Herber to share your discoveries. This action will initiate the Black Tar Prophecies quest.

You should proceed to the location indicated on the map above. It’s situated just south of the castle, on the beach. A man can be found there, seated by a campfire, whom you can engage in conversation. This individual turns out to be Drest, a druid.

After providing him with food as a way of compensation, he’ll consent to aid you in purifying the Ancient Cromlech, eliminating any malevolent influences that have corrupted it. Now, your next step is to return to Ancient Cromlech and advance with the mission.

Choosing Iona’s side seems ethically right in this situation because she has endured enough pain, and it’s important for her to find resolution regarding the distress that Drest caused directly. From the start, Drest comes across as self-centered towards players, which makes Iona’s accusations appear credible, and her animosity towards Drest is understandable.
