I’ll never forget seeing Shannon Elizabeth as Nadia in American Pie – she was absolutely stunning! That movie, with Jason Biggs and Tara Reid, was such a classic, and she really stood out as this incredibly beautiful and memorable character.

Throughout the 2000s, the actress became well-known for her roles in popular films and TV shows like Scary Movie, American Pie 2, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Tomcats, Cuts, That ’70s Show, and Love Actually.

In addition to her other accomplishments, she became a successful model, gracing the cover of Maxim magazine on several occasions. She also showcased her dancing skills as a contestant on the sixth season of Dancing with the Stars.

Elizabeth also became a popular poker player in Las Vegas, regularly competing in celebrity poker tournaments.

She’s recently appeared in films like American Reunion, The Outsider, and Marshall’s Miracle, as well as the comedy Plan B. In 2018, she also competed on Celebrity Big Brother.

Years ago, she traded her life in Hollywood for South Africa, where she now leads a charity focused on protecting wildlife.

A rare photo of her from the set of her upcoming movie, First Witch, recently appeared on Instagram. The film is scheduled for release this year.

Her acting career has slowed down recently as she switched her focus to activism.

In 2017, she relocated to South Africa and established the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation. The foundation focuses on animal welfare and works to combat the issue of rhino poaching by increasing public awareness.

We are creating a safe haven for rhinos. We currently care for a blind black rhino and plan to welcome more once we complete an expansion of the facilities,” she explained at an event in April.

I founded my charity back in the 2000s, originally naming it Animal Avengers. It’s been running ever since, but has evolved over time from focusing on domestic animals like dogs and cats to broader conservation and wildlife efforts.

She married actor, director, and producer Joseph D. Reitman in 2002, but they divorced in 2005.

She’s now married to a man named Simon Borchert. 

Elizabeth was born in Houston, Texas, and was raised in Waco, Texas.

Before pursuing a career in film, Elizabeth worked as a model with Ford and Elite agencies after graduating high school.

As her acting career grew, she also became popular as a model, appearing in magazines like Maxim in 2000, 2003, and on the cover in June 2008.

Elizabeth competed on the sixth season of Dancing with the Stars, dancing with Derek Hough. She was the seventh celebrity eliminated from the show.

Elizabeth was the host of the comedy/burlesque series Live Nude Comedy in 2009. 

Elizabeth also featured in Chris Brown’s Next to You music video as Brown’s girlfriend in 2011. 

This week she announced she is going on a cruise.
