Scream 7 Fan Event Announced To Watch It Before Everyone Else

Paramount Pictures is giving fans a sneak peek at Scream 7. They’ve announced a special screening event where a limited number of viewers will be able to see the movie before it’s released in theaters.

How fans can watch Scream 7 before original release date

You can see Scream 7 a day early! The movie officially comes out on February 27, 2026, but there’s a special fan event screening on Thursday, February 26th at 6:00 PM local time.

Paramount Pictures announced the event will be shown in a few special theaters, including IMAX, as well as other premium experiences like Dolby Cinema, 4DX, SCREENX, MX4D, and Cinemark XD.

Paramount Pictures announced that fans who attend the advance screening of Scream 7 will get exclusive content and a special collector’s print celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Scream franchise, available while supplies last at their local theater during the event. Tickets for both this fan screening and the movie’s general release will be available starting Monday, February 9, 2026, at 6:00 AM Pacific Time.

Tickets for the first screenings will be available starting February 9th at screammovie.com/seeitfirst. You can also purchase tickets on Fandango, directly from most theater websites and apps, or in person at theater box offices across the country.

As a huge fan of the franchise, I was excited to hear Kevin Williamson directed this one, and he teamed up with Guy Busick to write the script. They actually built the story together with James Vanderbilt, which is a cool creative process. And the cast is fantastic – Neve Campbell is, of course, amazing, but Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, and Anna Camp all bring something really special to the screen.

The movie features a talented cast including David Arquette, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Mckenna Grace, and Asa Germann. Joining them are Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Mark Consuelos, Tim Simons, Matthew Lillard, Joel McHale, and Courteney Cox.

The story follows Sidney Prescott, who thought she’d found peace in a new town, but her past comes back to haunt her when a new Ghostface appears. This time, the killer targets Sidney’s daughter.

The film is produced by William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein.
