Scott Thomas enjoys racy London getaway with dancer girlfriend Lauren Kingsman

On Monday, Scott Thomas posted photos on Instagram from his romantic and playful trip to London with his new girlfriend, Lauren Kingsman, who is a dancer.

The Love Island star, 37, and Lauren seemed very happy together as they spent some quality time in the city.

The couple, reportedly dating since late last year, enjoyed a luxurious spa day that included a chilly dip in a pool while wearing their swimsuits.

Scott participated in the ice bucket challenge, pouring a bucket of cold water over himself. Lauren, looking stunning in a black bikini, followed suit.

The dancer showed off her fit stomach in a two-piece outfit. They also relaxed in a sauna and then shared a dip in a large ice bath together.

Scott simply wrote: ‘Weekends in London’. 

The reality TV star reportedly introduced Lauren to his family on New Year’s Eve and has shared that their relationship is progressing nicely.

Scott, who didn’t have much luck finding romance on All Stars, now has his family’s blessing. His mother, Gail, is reportedly thrilled that he’s found someone special.

According to a source, Scott and Lauren have been seeing each other for a few months and their relationship is progressing quickly.

Scott hasn’t seemed this smitten with anyone in a long time. He’s already introduced Lauren to his family, and she even celebrated New Year’s Eve with them.

Scott’s brothers like his new partner and have given them their blessing. Lauren has also formed a close bond with Scott’s mother and sister-in-law, Lucy.

A source close to the couple shared that Lauren has quickly become part of the Thomas family, and they’ve already taken a vacation together.

Scott and Lauren are currently in a long-distance relationship because Scott lives in Manchester and Lauren lives in the south.

Daily Mail has contacted a representative of Scott for comment.

Scott shared in January on his podcast, ‘At Home With The Thomas Bros,’ that he’s dating someone and things are going well.

We’re still seeing each other, and I’m a little hesitant to talk about it for fear of ruining things, but it feels like I’ve somehow made this relationship happen. She’s exactly who I always pictured being with.

It’s strange how perfectly matched we are. She has everything I’ve been looking for – she’s a dancer, into spirituality, and has a really vibrant personality – but I don’t want to get ahead of myself and ruin things by talking about it too much.

They celebrated the New Year together at a party in Manchester, joined by Scott’s family.

Ryan remembered wondering where Scott was. Scott explained he’d wanted to be with his girlfriend and share a first kiss as they welcomed the new year. Ryan thought it was really sweet.

Ryan is happy about the new relationship, saying he immediately liked the person and felt a good connection. He admitted he was pleasantly surprised.

I was so surprised to hear about this! Apparently, a former Corrie star ended up dancing with Scott’s new girlfriend at a party. Scott said it was really something – he always says she has these incredibly intense eyes, like she can see right through you, and Ryan just started dancing with her. She actually took his hands and held his gaze while they danced – it sounds like a really special moment!

Ryan was clearly a bit intoxicated and exclaimed ‘woah, woah,’ even though she was simply smiling and hadn’t done anything to provoke a reaction.

Scott’s most recent public relationship was with Kady McDermott, which ended in 2017. He also mentioned being in a relationship that started and stopped several times for a year and a half, ending around mid-2024.

He first appeared on series two of Love Island in 2016 before returning for All Stars in 2025.
