As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share a personal update: After taking a break, I’ve jumped back into the world of dance competitions! It feels great to be back on the dance floor, and I can’t wait to see where this new chapter takes me.
On Monday, the television personality shared a video on social media where she was stunningly beautiful in a blue gown, participating in a recent event.
Captioning the post, she wrote: ‘This is your sign to not wait to follow your passion, just do it. Here I am size 18, had a c section a year go & haven’t danced in 15 years.
About a month back, I chose to embark on an endeavor that brought me immense happiness – dancing! I told myself it was time for Scarlett to put aside all those excuses.
Apart from dancing on the winter gardens’ floor, I managed to reach every final, ultimately earning two second-place finishes and two third-place finishes. To be completely honest, I have seldom felt more nervous, yet at the same time incredibly proud of my achievement.

Scarlett is no stranger to dancing having already competed in the Strictly ballroom in Blackpool.
As a youngster, the television personality had some experience as a semi-amateur dancer, and she once delightfully posted a video showcasing a Tango performance she did at age 10.
She penned in the caption: ‘HUGE throwback to 10-year-old Scarlett back in 2001.

Scarlett, who had been dancing since she was six years old, gave up dance when she entered university because she found it challenging to balance the long commute with her studies.
Two years back, there was much excitement about her potential participation in Strictly Come Dancing because of her past involvement in that domain.
However, Scarlett insisted that she wouldn’t take part in the popular show.
In a previous discussion on The Wright Stuff, she mentioned that she might face more criticism for participating in Strictly because she has dancing experience.
‘People would say it won’t be fair because she’s already danced.’
