As a huge Marvel fan, I’m so excited! It looks like Wanda and Strange are finally teaming up again, and it’s happening soon! Apparently, Wanda’s become the Sorcerer Supreme, which is amazing, and they’re going to have this incredible adventure together. I can’t wait to see what happens!

Marvel has given fans a preview of Doctor Strange #6, which will be available on May 13th. The comic will feature the return of Wanda, as well as another familiar face from the Doctor Strange movies – Clea, who appeared in a post-credits scene from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Derek Landy and Ivan Fiorelli are creating the issue, with cover art by Alex Horley. You can see a sneak peek below.

Doctor Strange Is Headed Down a Dark Path After He Meets Scarlet Witch

The latest Doctor Strange comic series began last year, following the character as he tackles a growing crisis alongside Angela. The story has been full of surprises, and it’s about to get even more intense now that Doctor Strange is crossing paths with Wanda. The preview for Doctor Strange #8 hints at events that fans who enjoy Doctor Strange and the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel movies might recognize.

Doctor Strange transformed into his darker persona, Lord Strange, to communicate with the entity Atho-Tet inside the mystical God Quarry. However, using this powerful magic has consequences, and Lord Strange is in a race against time before a looming threat, known as Downfall, targets someone else. The latest issue detailing this arrives on July 1st.

I’m really hoping we’ll see Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch team up again someday! While it doesn’t sound like we’re getting a dedicated Doctor Strange movie anytime soon, he is going to be in Avengers: Secret Wars. And honestly, I think Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch deserves another big story of her own – it’s been too long!
