Saffron Barker looks set to cash in as she puts her impressive ‘dream home’ on the market for £1.85million – double the amount she paid for it after major renovations and move to Dubai

Saffron Barker is selling her stunning house for £1.85 million, which is nearly twice the amount she originally paid for it.

The influencer, 25, moved to Dubai seven months ago with her boyfriend Josh Miln.

Although Saffron previously stated she didn’t plan to stay in the UAE forever, she’s now selling her large home in East Sussex, even after spending two years renovating it to her exact specifications.

It is listed for £1.85 million, just five years after she purchased it for £975,000.

Saffron, known for being on Strictly Come Dancing in 2019, purchased the house in 2021 and began renovations right away, completely gutting the interior.

This modern home has a unique, open layout with two bedrooms, a dressing room, and four bathrooms.

The living room boasts a striking design, anchored by a central fire pit and a dramatic floating staircase. The staircase features glowing glass railings and a glass landing, and large windows fill the space with sunlight.

This country home includes a gym, a secret cinema with its own slushie machine, and a complete sound and video setup. It even has a laundry chute in the bathroom!

The garden offers plenty of room for outdoor dining. Beyond the patio is a lawn surrounded by tall hedges and established trees, creating a private and peaceful setting.

Saffron once shared her vision for her backyard, saying she wanted to build a square fireplace that would give off a ‘Love Island’ vibe.

I have a couple of small sheds, and I just discovered we also have a tree house! I think this garden could be really amazing with a little work.

‘I’m going to have a pool across here, and here a pizza bar area, and like a shelter here.’

Saffron finished renovating her home at the end of 2022 and then gave her 2.4 million YouTube followers a detailed tour.

The house is almost unrecognizable compared to when Saffron originally bought it. It used to have five bedrooms and two bathrooms, and felt very dated and rustic.

Saffron is currently back in the UK after fleeing Dubai amid conflict in the Middle East.

After Iranian drone attacks started, she and Josh, originally from Dubai, left the city. They spent an extended vacation in Australia before coming back to the UK.

She’s currently staying with family in Brighton and went to the Olivier Awards on Sunday. Meanwhile, Josh is with his family in Scotland.

In June 2025, Saffron announced she was moving away from the UK, explaining in a video blog that she and Josh plan to divide their time between Dubai and South England. This will allow her to visit her family often.

However, I want to be clear that I’m not planning a permanent move to Dubai. My work, friends, and family are all here, and I really love being home.

Brighton will always feel like home to me. It’s strange, but I’ve lived there my entire life and never actually moved anywhere else.

Saffron first became well-known through her videos on YouTube. She then gained even wider recognition when she appeared on the 2019 season of Strictly Come Dancing, where she danced with AJ Pritchard.

She’s also been on TV shows like Celebrity Circle on Channel 4 and Netflix’s Inside. Plus, she started her own company, Girl Uniform, which sells comfortable loungewear and pajamas.
