Ronan Keating recently purchased a luxurious home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for a staggering $6.3 million.
Will.i.am, 49, and his wife Storm, 44, bought their new five-bedroom, four-bathroom home last month.
This renovated older home is located on a hilltop overlooking Tamarama Beach, about 9 kilometers from the city center. It’s only reachable by walking.
The stunning home sold for $1.73 million in 2010 to filmmaker Dave Klaiber.
Known as Waterfall House, the charming abode was first constructed as a ‘beach house’ in 1920.
The original house, nestled in rainforest on a high point of land, has three bedrooms and offers beautiful views of Tamarama Park and the ocean.
Meanwhile, the lower level features a two-bedroom guest house.
The second floor has a spacious, open design, with the living areas flowing out onto a large terrace perfect for entertaining.
