Ron Howard and Henry Winkler have a Happy Days reunion at 2024 Emmys to celebrate 50th anniversary
As a lifestyle expert with a soft spot for nostalgia, I must say that the 2024 Emmys brought back some truly heartwarming moments. The reunion of Ron Howard and Henry Winkler from Happy Days was a delight to witness. It’s not every day you see Richie Cunningham and The Fonz in action again!
2024’s Emmy Awards gathered several ensembles from esteemed television series, notably honoring the timeless sitcom Happy Days in a special tribute.
At the 2024 Emmy Awards, stars Ron Howard and Henry Winkler, known for their roles as Richie Cunningham and Arthur Fonzarelli respectively from the series, came together again.
70-year-old Howard and 78-year-old Winkler met up at an improvised replica of the Arnold’s Drive-In diner, as seen on their television show.
In addition, they re-enacted a common scene from the series, where The Fonz simply nudged a jukebox to make it play.
After that, they collaborated to award the Emmy for Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series, which went to Christopher Storer from The Bear.
