The 35-year-old singer from Britain posted a video of herself washing her hair, then playfully posed for the camera.
Rita also shared that she’s become friends with actress Patsy Palmer, from the British soap EastEnders. The two playfully posed for photos together while dressed in cowboy outfits.
I was so surprised to see Patsy and Rita still close! Even though Patsy lives here in the US and Rita travels between America and Australia, they’re clearly still great friends. Someone actually commented, ‘Is that Patsy Palmer?!’ – it was so cute to see!
She playfully showed off her rebellious side by posing in a T-shirt that looked like a McDonald’s shirt, but with the logo altered to say ‘Marijuana’ instead of the fast-food chain’s name.
She shared a caption saying she loved seeing all the different personalities on display, and her fans quickly filled the comments section.

She seemed to be having a lot of fun and posted a picture of herself playfully embracing a friend while posing for the camera.
Rita’s husband, Taika Waititi, wasn’t included in the photos she shared. They secretly married in August 2022, after Rita proposed to him.
The couple didn’t publicly confirm their low-key Los Angeles wedding until a year after it happened. Rita later told Grazia magazine that they ‘just went for it’ with absolutely no planning.
Rita described her twenties as a period of difficult relationships, but meeting Taika felt comfortable and secure, like she’d finally found the right person.
The pair started dating in March 2021, before going public with their romance that August.
Prior to their romantic relationship, Rita and Taika were close friends for five years.
Rita recently shared how becoming a stepmother shifted her outlook on life, offering a glimpse into her personal experiences.
Rita told The Sun that while she considers the job straightforward, it’s also given her a new appreciation for life’s bigger picture.
It’s a simple routine. We all wake up and exercise together – even the kids get involved, running on the treadmills with us. It’s a fun family activity.
It’s been a really valuable experience realizing that life often has more to offer than what we’re currently focused on. Becoming a stepmother helped me understand that – it showed me there’s a much bigger picture.
