Rhian Sugden recently posted a photo showing her staying busy, and told her followers she’s focusing on finding small joys in life.

The 39-year-old former model posted a serious announcement on Instagram on Friday, sharing the news with her many followers.

Rhian showed off a cute outfit for a selfie, wearing a white tank top with red hearts printed on it.

Her low-cut top drew attention, revealing the results of her recent breast reduction and sparking a lot of discussion among fans.

Even though she wasn’t feeling great, Rhian managed a smile and said she’d been focusing on finding small things to be happy about.

Last year, she had breast reduction surgery, going from a 32HH to a 32E cup size, and she shared updates with her followers throughout the process.

After recovering from the surgery and showing off her results, she called it one of the best choices she’s ever made, saying it significantly boosted her confidence.

However, she said her choice left her husband of seven years Oliver Mellor ‘gutted’.

Rhian decided to get a breast reduction because she was experiencing severe and constant lower back pain.

Rhian posted three topless photos on Instagram to document her recovery. The photos showed her body before the surgery, two weeks after, and then again several weeks later.

Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘From sagging to bragging. Swipe for before and after.

Here are the results of my breast reduction and lift performed by Pall Mall Cosmetics. I didn’t have implants – it was just a lift and reduction to maintain a natural look.

These run really small – I’d say I’m a small, but I wanted a looser fit. Plus, my scars are healing nicely!

She made a tough decision to address her chronic pain, and instead of support, some fans are actually criticizing her, even saying she’s making a huge mistake.
