Record Store Day 2026 is happening on Saturday, April 18th. The event grows more popular each year, and it can be a challenge for smaller record stores to manage all the new releases. You may even need to pre-order some items.
There are a ton of great albums coming out this year, especially for fans of live recordings. Be prepared – you might find yourself wanting to buy them all when they’re released in mid-April! And chances are, they’ll be worth the splurge.
Certain upcoming releases are going to be huge. For example, Bruce Springsteen’s live album from his 2025 Asbury Park concert will be a five-record set – perfect for a weekend of listening!
All the releases on Record Store Day 2026
To find out what’s available, it’s best to check with your local record store. Keep in mind that some releases are only available in certain areas – the last list below shows examples of these regional releases. You can find a full list of all new releases by clicking here.
If you can’t find certain releases at your local record store, you might still be able to find them online at places like rsdmrkt. Just keep in mind that pre-orders won’t be available there.
