Radio star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson looks stress free as she enjoys a stroll in Sydney’s Centennial Park – as court battle continues

Jackie Henderson looked calm and carefree while taking a leisurely stroll through Centennial Park in Sydney on Saturday.

The well-known radio personality, age 51, appeared composed in public despite her ongoing legal battle with ARN Media.

She was spotted enjoying some fresh air and nature on a relaxed outing with a friend, wearing comfortable, casual clothes.

Jackie looked effortlessly chic for her outing, wearing a white Isabel Marant t-shirt, blue tracksuit bottoms, and sandals.

She completed her outfit with stylish sunglasses and a silver bracelet, and seemed cheerful as she shared a laugh and a warm hug with her friend.

Jackie looked cheerful and full of energy, chatting animatedly with a friend. Her blonde hair was styled in relaxed, wavy layers that fell around her shoulders.

At one point, Jackie was seen resting for a moment on a park bench, before resuming her walk.

It looked to be a fun and lively outing for the famous radio star.

As a lifestyle observer, it’s hard to ignore the drama surrounding Jackie Henderson right now. She’s currently involved in a significant legal battle with ARN Media over the ending of what’s been reported as a very lucrative – around $100 million – contract. This all stems from the end of her incredibly popular and long-running radio duo with Kyle Sandilands, and it’s definitely a high-stakes situation she’s navigating.

Legal filings related to Henderson’s lawsuit reveal months of growing problems within the Kyle and Jackie O Show before its unexpected split earlier in the year.

Documents show Henderson voiced worries to KIIS network managers about Sandilands’ conduct on the air several months before their public falling out during a live show in February.

I’ve been following this closely, and it seems like things started back in mid-2025. Apparently, Henderson reached out to the top people at KIIS to talk about some really hurtful things that were said on the radio. She described them as ‘degrading comments,’ and she wanted to make sure someone at the station knew about it.

The claim references a show from August where Sandilands discussed Henderson’s private life and used words she considered hurtful, causing her to temporarily walk off set.

Court documents reveal text messages from September where Henderson told KIIS executives she was unhappy with how they were speaking to her. She also worried that listeners felt the on-air interactions were becoming harmful.

The tension between the two hosts reached its peak in February during their last show together. Sandilands publicly criticized Henderson’s passions and implied she was difficult to work with, which reportedly made her cry and led her to walk off set.

According to the claim, ARN did not intervene during the segment.

The next day, Henderson reached out to ARN’s leaders, explaining that Sandilands’ behavior was unfair, inappropriate, and came without any reason. He also asked what measures would be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.

I was really shocked to hear that on February 26th, my favorite personality’s lawyers officially contacted ARN, specifically Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation, about the bullying she’d been experiencing. They explained she couldn’t continue working with Kyle Sandilands, which was heartbreaking. But thankfully, they also suggested she’d be open to staying with the network if she could move into a different position. I’m hoping they can find a solution that keeps her on air!

ARN claimed the letter meant her contract was cancelled, but Henderson disagrees with that interpretation.

She claims the broadcaster acted dishonestly and violated employment laws, and is asking for at least $82.25 million in damages, along with additional penalties, interest, and legal fees.

Even though Henderson is still involved in a legal battle, he seemed calm and collected during a public appearance on Saturday as the case moves forward in federal court.
