The BBC has released a new preview for the second season of its hit mystery series, A Good Girls Guide to Murder, which returns later this month. Based on the popular novels by Holly Jackson, the show stars Emma Meyers (known from Wednesday) as Pip Fitz-Amobi, a student who decides to reopen an old, unsolved crime.
When Andie Bell vanishes, her boyfriend, Sal Singh, appears to admit guilt in a text message, but is later found dead. Pip doesn’t believe Sal was responsible and decides to investigate the disappearance herself to uncover the truth.
The BBC has shared a new trailer and image to build excitement for the second season, which premieres on May 27th.

The latest trailer shows that with the Andie Bell case solved by Pip, Max Hastings’s (Henry Ashton) trial is approaching. However, the situation becomes complicated when Connor’s (Jude Morgan-Collie) brother, Jamie (Eden H Davies), goes missing.
With time running out, Pip jumps into a new case, desperately trying to locate Jamie and facing immense pressure along the way.
