Pip Edwards reveals the six essential self-care products valued at $680 that she needs to stay grounded - including sage sticks to ward off bad vibes

As a dedicated follower of Pip Edwards and someone who admires her approach to self-care, I find her list of must-have items truly inspiring. Her commitment to maintaining her wellbeing through various means resonates with me deeply.

Pip Edwards has shared the self-care items she never goes without.

In an interview with Beauticate, the founder of P.E Nation revealed a list of over $690 worth of items that bring her tranquility and serenity.

To refresh her energy, the 44-year-old woman carries Aveda’s Chakra 3 Balancing Pure-Fume Mist, which is specifically designed for rebalancing chakras, with her at all times.

Pip also relies on music, saying it’s ‘really powerful to bring you back to your own space’.

With a subscription fee of approximately $168 per year, she activates Spotify’s Radio feature to enjoy a collection of her preferred songs.

Pip frequently carries a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream, a well-known skin balm priced at $33, with her. She applies it generously on her face, explaining that she often feels dehydrated and needs to moisten her skin.

A socialite is often seen with a $250 bottle of Tom Ford’s Ombre Leather perfume in hand – this popular fragrance boasts a rich, alluring scent that appeals to both men and women.

‘I’m very sensory, and when I put this on, I know it’s my smell. And I feel me,’ she said.

Pip carries a MAC Strobe Cream $70, because she loves to be ‘illuminated and highlighted, just to brighten up the day’.

The blond woman keeps a Gentle Habits incense burner going in her office at all times, using the company’s amber Glass Vessel Incense Holder to hold the sticks.

She displayed two boxes of the incense from that particular brand, one of which featured the Byron Bay scent. Each box was worth $45. She expressed her fondness for it by mentioning her preference for being in Byron Bay over other places.

The designer adds that she uses sage sticks to eliminate unwanted energy from her surroundings, priced approximately at $12 a piece.

She explained that due to her high level of emotional intuition, she doesn’t absorb negative energies, even after professional engagements.

In an earlier chat, Pip revealed the must-have items she carries every day.

The Burberry Knight Bag belonging to her, worth $5,500, holds various items she relies on to upkeep her appearance and hydration level, as she shared with Pop Sugar.

The PE Nation designer always has a tube of Hydralyte effervescent tablets, costing approximately $13, on hand to restore electrolytes.

She acknowledges engaging in an unusual practice regarding the tablets: consuming them whole rather than following the recommended instructions to dissolve them in water.

‘Now I’m a weirdo with this, I actually put it straight onto my tongue,’ she said.

“I can’t get enough of savoring it like a lollipop. It’s reminiscent of Wizz Fizz, the sherbet powder,” Pip explained.

Instead of “She again mentioned a tube of Elizabeth Arden Eight-Hour Cream which she uses as she loves to look dewy,” you could also say:

‘It’s like old school. I’ve been wearing this since my twenties,’ she explained.

Pip brings along a KMS moisturizing hair spray, costing $25. She mentioned that her hair endures distress from bleaching and turning gray. (Or) Pip has a KMS hydrating hair spray, priced at $25, which she uses to care for her hair that is harmed by bleach and going gray.

Her favourite mascara comes from the modestly priced supermarket brand Maybelline, $12.99.

Along with her other essentials, Pip brings a Nars highlighter priced at $46, an MAC contour palette worth $86, and a MAC Strobe Cream for highlighting purposes, explaining, “These are my secrets to maintaining a radiant appearance.”

In her bag, you’ll find items such as a kohl eyeliner for around $32, a Summer Fridays lip gloss priced at $40, a Rimmel liquid liner costing $16, and two tubs of Paw Paw salve, each worth $8.99.

The designer added that she normally has nuts in her bag, as well as ginger lollies.
