Pete Davidson is facing ‘issues’ in relationship with Elsie Hewitt five months after birth of their daughter

Reports suggest Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are experiencing difficulties in their relationship, only five months after becoming parents.

The 32-year-old actor revealed he’s dating a 30-year-old model last March. This came after he reportedly spent $200,000 to remove his tattoos and recently got a new face tattoo.

They shared the happy news in July that they were expecting a baby, and welcomed their daughter, Scottie Rose, in December 2025.

According to a source who spoke with People magazine on Thursday, while there are some problems, the people involved are working together to resolve them.

Davidson and Hewitt are both ‘adjusting to parenthood’ while also ‘working through the process.’

The insider added that Davidson and Hewitt’s baby girl is their ‘top priority.’

The Daily Mail contacted Pete Davidson’s representatives for a statement, but they haven’t responded yet.

The former Saturday Night Live cast member has been sharing his experiences with becoming a father, which happened just before Christmas.

He told People magazine last month that being a dad is incredibly amazing, even though it’s tiring. He described it as both fulfilling and adorable, and then enthusiastically spoke about his partner, Hewitt.

‘And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am.’ 

The actor also shared how fulfilling it is to watch the mother of his child excel at parenting so effortlessly.

He explained to the outlet that he feels very protective of his baby daughter. 

Davidson found the situation amusing, noting it felt like people were immediately defensive and ready to argue. He described it as a deeply instinctive reaction.

It’s been surprising to feel such a strong urge to fight someone, but aside from that, everything else has been pretty harmless and sweet.

During a recent trip to Las Vegas, the comedian made a joke about how having a daughter has made it difficult to enjoy adult content.

Pete Davidson revealed he has a daughter and admitted it feels strange being a father, according to Us Weekly, during a recent comedy show at the Fontainebleau hotel.

He admitted it was difficult to watch pornography while his partner was present, but confessed he continued to do so, pushing through the discomfort.

Davidson and Hewitt had their first child on December 12th of last year.

Hewitt took to Instagram to share the special news as well as uploading pictures of the newborn.

The media personality announced the birth of their daughter, Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, on December 12, 2025, calling her their ‘perfect angel girl.’

Hewitt sometimes shares cute photos on her Instagram to give fans a glimpse into her life as a parent.

The model recently shared a cute picture celebrating her baby reaching three months old.

She wore a slightly see-through black lace dress and held her daughter, with bright, colorful balloons surrounding them.

Hewitt shared that her Scottish Terrier puppy is twelve weeks old today. She also recalled that while on the way to the hospital for the puppy’s birth, she and someone else had written down guesses about the delivery time.

I predicted my baby would be born at 3:05 PM – it’s my birthday, March 5th! After 23 hours of labor, she actually arrived right on time. It’s such a wild and wonderful coincidence!

The celebrity recently shared her reasons for not breastfeeding her new baby in a personal essay published in Elle magazine.

After having their first child in January, Davidson and Hewitt have suggested they might get married.

Us Weekly asked the former SNL cast member if he and Emma Hewitt plan to get married or have a large family.

Davidson confirmed they would take care of everything, and also mentioned they’d like to have another child for Scottie.

The actor said they definitely want their daughter to have a friend and they’re excited about her becoming a big sister.

I’ve already been dreaming about having another baby, giving my little one a sibling! It’s amazing how small they are when they’re born, and then suddenly, they’re growing up right before your eyes – it’s just incredible how quickly it all happens.
