A highly-rated British crime show, featuring an actor from the Marvel universe, will soon be available on Netflix. It’s currently listed as a title that’s ‘worth the wait‘.
The British crime drama Prey originally aired on ITV for two seasons, from 2014 to 2015. Each season focuses on a separate criminal case investigated by Detective Sergeant Susan Reinhart, portrayed by Rosie Cavaliero, and set in the Manchester area.
The first season centers around DC Marcus Farrow, portrayed by John Simm of Grace, as he fights to clear his name when his ex-wife and son are found murdered.

The second season features a new story: prison guard David Murdoch, played by Philip Glenister, is blackmailed while escorting inmate Jules Hope (MyAnna Buring) to a hospital appointment.
His daughter, Lucy (Sammy Winward), who is pregnant, calls him with terrifying news: she’s been kidnapped. The captors demand he follow their instructions exactly if he ever wants to see her safe again.
