It’s quite natural to experience a swell of team pride whenever the Olympics arrive. As a U.S. journalist following Team Great Britain during Paris 2024, I’ve had the opportunity to delve into their rich past and significant achievements – stories I hadn’t known before – while also marveling at how today’s athletes are forging new paths that future generations will follow.
