Overwatch 2 introduces Domina and connects Vishkar to Talon

A new Overwatch 2 story reveals a link between the Vishkar Corporation and the Talon organization, and introduces a character named Vaira Singhania, who goes by the alias Domina.

Blizzard recently published a new short story for Overwatch 2. It centers around a conversation between Vendetta and Vaira Singhania, a prominent leader at Vishkar Corporation, also known as Domina.

New Overwatch 2 short story features Domina

The new Overwatch 2 short story, “Upper Hand,” narrated by Chiara Preziosi and Taj Atwal, begins with a discussion between Vendetta and Domina. Domina, Vishkar Corporation’s new VP of operations and development, reveals she’s supporting a new Colosseo racer named Cloelia, even though Horatius has never lost a race. Vendetta notes that Cloelia is Domina’s most formidable competitor.

So, Vendetta basically wanted to know if Sanjay had filled Domina in on what we were negotiating. She also made it pretty clear she doesn’t play for second best – she’s used to getting the good stuff. Considering Vishkar’s reputation is kinda shot right now, she was hoping Domina would come up with something really good.

Overwatch 2 connects Vishkar to Talon

The company has faced several recent issues, including concerns about its building methods in Suravasa, a riot it sparked in Rio, and problems stemming from a rogue architect named Lifeweaver. Additionally, sources indicate a link between the company and the Talon organization.

Vendetta warns that one mistake could trigger a formal investigation for your company, and any public association with Talon would be devastating. She also points out that Vishkar’s reputation is already so damaged that simply sponsoring successful events won’t fix it. If a partnership is going to happen, she insists on more substantial terms.

Vendetta suggests that Vishakar’s shielding technology, while useful in the Colosseo, could be used in many other situations.

Okay, so Domina and Vendetta finally teamed up! She knows we both have a bit of a reputation, and she’s agreed to work with me, but with a pretty clear deal. If things go well, she’s taking all the credit – all of it! But if anything goes wrong? That’s all on me, apparently. It’s a risky arrangement, but I’m willing to take the fall if it means we can achieve something amazing.

“Are we in alignment, darling?” Domina asks.

“We are,” Vendetta says.
