Olivia Attwood hints she could QUIT the UK after Bradley Dack split – as she teases steamy scenes in new show The Heat

Olivia Attwood has hinted she could quit the UK following her split from husband Bradley Dack.

The host of the new ITV2 show, The Heat, a 34-year-old presenter, has said she’d consider moving to Barcelona, the city where the series was filmed.

I’ve been chatting with Olivia recently, and she shared something I think a lot of us can relate to! She confessed that if she were to consider moving anywhere, sunny Spain would be incredibly tempting. It definitely sounds like she’s dreaming of a warmer climate!

‘I would actually, yes – after constant days of rain. To be honest, I would consider it,’ she said.

The former Love Island contestant also shared that several romantic relationships developed between the chef hopefuls, even outside of the stressful kitchen where they were judged by renowned chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, age 65.

Olivia shared that romances blossomed during the experience, and as far as she knew, some of those couples were still together and dating. While not everyone found a connection, relationships definitely formed.

Okay, so there was definitely a lot of talk about attraction and wanting something to happen between some of the cast. Honestly, they weren’t shy about admitting they were hoping for a little romance – a ‘hot summer,’ as they put it! But whether those feelings actually led to anything… well, that’s something they’re keeping close to the vest. It was all very playful and flirty, though!

Olivia announced her split from footballer Bradley in January, ending their two-year marriage, after reports surfaced that he had broken her trust.

Although she shared her sadness about the breakup on Instagram, especially after recently moving to a London apartment by herself, she’s been focusing all her effort on getting her new show, The Heat, off the ground.

Olivia recently looked back on a busy start to the year, saying she feels like she’s been making the most of every opportunity. She joked that she’s been going to one launch party after another and wonders if she could possibly fit in any more events – it feels like all she’s been doing!

I’m really looking forward to watching this, and even more excited to be involved! It’s going to be a great show that fills the void left by Love Island, and it’ll likely be even better.

The show blends the intense reality of a top-level kitchen with the competitive spirit of its chefs. We see them battling it out during service, then follow them as they relax and unwind outside of work.

It’s fascinating to watch the contestants connect and fall for each other – seeing how they handle romance alongside the competition is really compelling.

Olivia, known from Love Island, TOWIE, and Celebs Go Dating, feels she can offer valuable advice to contestants on The Heat – though she admits cooking isn’t her area of expertise.

She clarified that she didn’t offer any cooking tips, leaving that to Jean-Christophe. However, she advises anyone participating in reality TV to fully commit to the experience. Since you’re already involved, she suggests embracing it and trying to have fun.

It’s a challenging competition, but the goal is to have fun! You’ll experience an incredible summer and create a lasting memory.

Looking back on the summer of 2017 brings back such happy memories! Honestly, around the halfway point of my time on Love Island, I was seriously considering making a quick exit if I’d had the chance. But now I’m so grateful I stuck it out – it really was the best summer, and like all good things, it flew by!

The chefs competing on The Heat have been working in professional kitchens since they were young, developing a strong work ethic. This contrasts with former Grid Girl Olivia, who admits she wasn’t as dedicated to her career at a similar age.

She was really struck by how mature and accomplished some of the contestants were, especially considering her own experience at their age.

These cooks are the real deal – they’ve all worked in professional kitchens, and they’re incredibly motivated, determined, skilled, and possess a drive I didn’t have at their age.

I connect with these people because they’re eager for something new and enjoy being challenged, and I notice that drive in everyone I work with.

I was really impressed with the contestants. They’re a refreshing change from typical reality TV stars, having spent years – since they were teenagers – working in professional kitchens. This background has made them incredibly resilient and determined, and they’re all very engaging personalities.

I have to say, I’m a huge fan of Olivia, and it doesn’t surprise me at all that she’s much happier grabbing a drink at a bar than cooking! She’s always struck me as someone who loves a good time. But honestly, I was a little shocked to hear she actually can cook – though I guess everyone has hidden talents, right?

Victoria Beckham explained that she’s a very simple eater at home – she’s happy with the same meals every day and doesn’t like to spend a lot of time cooking or making a mess. However, when she goes out to restaurants, she enjoys trying new and different dishes. She prefers to experience food by eating it, rather than preparing it herself.

Honestly, the best seat in the whole restaurant is always at the bar. It just feels like home to me, you know? I’m happiest when I’m behind it, mixing up a drink or two. It’s where I truly relax.

I enjoy cooking and can make things like spaghetti bolognese and roast dinners. I’m not a professional, but I’ve definitely got some basic skills – though I wouldn’t necessarily cook for Jean Christophe!

A lot of people assume I’m a terrible cook – they think I’m more focused on fashion than food, like the character Carrie Bradshaw, and that my oven is just a place to store things. But I can cook when I really need to.

  • The Heat continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
