Unlike before, progressing my Skills is what gets me to the next level, and here’s the interesting part – even Minor Skills now contribute to my experience points (XP), which was not the case in the original game where players had to focus on increasing their Major Skills to level up.

Initially, the user interface (UI) of the game Oblivion was designed to cater to both console and PC gamers. However, it ultimately proved to be cumbersome on both platforms, leading many PC players to opt for modded UIs such as Darnified UI. The UI updates in the remastered version of Oblivion significantly enhance the original game’s menus, overhaul the inventory system, and streamline navigation.

In the updated version of Oblivion Remastered, menus provide a wealth of information, showcase a broader array of your inventory items, and overall offer smoother navigation compared to the original game. The redesign maintains the storybook ambiance of the initial Oblivion user interface while enhancing usability and accessibility.
