Kim flew to the UK on her $125 million private jet for a quick 24-hour visit with her new partner. They stayed at the luxurious Estelle Manor, where three security guards ensured their privacy and safety.
According to a source, Kim and Lewis seemed very much in love and enjoyed all the amenities available to them.
She was accompanied by two bodyguards, and Lewis had a security officer nearby, but both security details stayed out of sight.
Kim arrived at Oxford Airport on Saturday afternoon and was picked up by two cars. They drove her the short distance – about nine minutes – to Estelle Manor. She was later seen in London on Sunday night.
Lewis arrived at the romantic location an hour later, having flown in from London by helicopter.
Sources say the couple stayed in a luxurious room costing around £1,000 per night. They also indulged in a couples massage and a private dinner, which witnesses described as very romantic.
On Sunday around 11am, the two of them checked out and drove away together in the same cars that had picked Kim up from the airport.
Kim was seen unexpectedly visiting the Selfridge’s department store in London on Sunday evening, and she was smiling.
Kim and Lewis have been friends for many years. Back in 2014, they were photographed together with their partners at the time – Kanye West and Nicole – at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London.

Kim and Lewis were last seen together after Kate Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party in Aspen last month.
Kim told Jimmy Fallon in September that she wasn’t interested in dating anyone, and wasn’t actively looking for a new relationship.
Before that though Kim teased a secret new boyfriend during an episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians.
I actually wanted to be single and I wasn’t being honest with you all,” Kim Kardashian admitted. “The idea that I didn’t want to date or be loved? That’s just not me at all.
Kim mentioned she had a dinner date and was also building a closet for the person she was with, keeping their identity a secret.
