The 31-year-old actress looked a lot like her husband Brooklyn’s mother while leaving a Pilates class in Los Angeles on Wednesday, sporting tight black athletic clothes.
Nicola also carried a Louis Vuitton Neverfull tote bag, worth £1,430, which Victoria Beckham has been known to use.
People are worried about Nicola’s weight lately. She’s become very thin after spending four months intensely training as a ballerina for her new movie, Prima, and reportedly now weighs less than 100 pounds (45kg).

All you need is fresh arugula, a squeeze of lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a generous sprinkle of candied nuts and parmesan cheese. We usually make a big bowl of it – it’s perfect for any occasion!
I usually feel the hungriest right before dinner, and then again late at night – both pretty inconvenient times to eat, honestly.
We usually have a simple afternoon snack: either fresh bread toasted with butter and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, or a bowl of Special K with strawberries. The cereal with strawberries is definitely my favorite!
Nicola readily admits she doesn’t cook much. Luckily, Brooklyn usually takes care of dinner, often making her favorite: angel hair pasta with pink sauce, or Capellini as it’s also known.

Victoria meanwhile is famed for her incredibly strict diet.
She’s often been in the news for her unusual eating habits. For example, in 2022, her husband, David, revealed she mainly eats grilled fish and vegetables, and her friend Rio Ferdinand even said he’s never actually seen her eat anything.

The designer was upset with the footballer for implying her healthy lifestyle seemed uninteresting. In a Vogue Australia interview, she explained she prioritizes ‘healthy fats’ in her diet and frequently detoxes by avoiding alcohol.
Victoria explained to Vogue that she found the original statement made her sound dull. She clarified that what he actually meant was he’s never known anyone as dedicated to healthy eating as she is.
I include plenty of healthy fats in my diet, like fish, avocado, and nuts. I generally drink alcohol, unless I have a specific reason not to.
When I decide to stop something, like drinking alcohol, I go all-in for three to six months. I tend to be very dedicated – or completely avoid – whatever it is, whether it’s about food, exercise, or even staying sober.
Victoria explained that body image isn’t about achieving a specific size, but rather about self-acceptance and happiness with who you are.
I’ve managed to find a good rhythm in my life where I can enjoy myself while still staying committed to healthy eating and exercise.
