NCIS Hawai’i to release two new bonus specials
As a dedicated gamer and avid fan of the NCIS franchise, I’m thrilled to hear that “NCIS: Hawai’i” is releasing two new bonus specials as part of its home release. Having followed the show since its inception, I can’t help but feel a pang of sadness knowing that it has been cancelled after just three seasons.

As a devoted fan of the show that sadly got canceled earlier this year, I’m thrilled to share some good news: starting October 8, you’ll be able to own all three seasons on DVD in one convenient box set!
Us Weekly reports that the upcoming features will include “Ruah’s Guidance: My Experience Directing NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i” and “NCIS: Hawai’i Season 3: The Third Wave” (Us Weekly).
You can now pre-order the complete series of NCIS: Hawai’i on Amazon Canada. Pre-orders in the US and UK are anticipated to follow shortly.
From January 2021 up until May of the present year, the series centers around agent Jane Tennant, portrayed by Vanessa Lachey, and her Hawaiian-based team.
Last month, CBS Entertainment’s Amy Reisenbach acknowledged that the choice to cancel the show was a difficult one for her.
As a devoted viewer of TV shows myself, I share the disappointment of fellow fans upon hearing that some of our favorite series will be coming to an end. However, from my perspective working behind the scenes at CBS, we have the responsibility to make difficult decisions for the betterment of our network.
We struggle to sleep soundly, our minds remain restless with countless nights spent pondering, and we engage in lengthy debates. However, through it all, we meticulously examine every figure.
Based on my own experiences and observations, I believe that looking ahead and identifying potential opportunities for greater achievements is a crucial part of any successful journey. We must always keep our eyes on the horizon, scanning the landscape for possibilities to expand our horizons and reach new heights. Making tough decisions in pursuit of these opportunities can be challenging, but they are often necessary steps towards realizing our fullest potential. With each experience, we grow wiser and more adept at navigating the twists and turns of life, allowing us to make even bolder moves in the future.
Following its conclusion, Lachey said that the “show meant so much to me” and “to lots of people”.

In the United States, CBS broadcasted the new series “NCIS: Hawai’i.” Meanwhile, all seasons 1-20 of NCIS are available to stream on Disney+ for viewers in the UK.
