Monster Hunter Wilds unveils 7 limited-time Event Quests this month
Given the familiarity players now have with tracking formidable creatures in Monster Hunter: Wilds, its creators have revealed a grand total of seven unique, time-bound Event Quests. These special quests grant exceptional rewards exclusively.
During the entire month of March, these quests are being offered, and the initial quest has already been made accessible to players who have reached HR level nine. By successfully finishing the Event Quests, you’ll be rewarded with a variety of crafting materials, aesthetic headgear items, and orbs that can enhance your weapon and armor collections.
I’m thrilled to share that the creator of Monster Hunter Wilds has announced exciting news via their official X platform! They’ve posted a link to a site brimming with details about all seven new quests. Starting today and running until March 11 (next Tuesday), you can dive into the first two quests. Each Event Quest will last for a week, with refreshes happening every Tuesday.
Moving forward in the year, it’s likely that this Event Quest system will persist monthly, bringing fresh, exclusive prizes each week, with the reset happening every Tuesday. If you’re unsure about when the quest goes live in your area, the website provides a space to enter your local time zone for clarification.
During the initial week, players with HR rank nine or higher can participate in the ‘Kut-Ku Gone Crazy’ and ‘Stalking Feast’ Event Missions. The first mission rewards an exceptional Mimiphyta Headwear upon completing a task to hunt the Yian Kut-Ku creature. The second mission offers unique cooking ingredients once you successfully track down a particular Quematrice.
During the second seven days, two additional Event Missions become accessible. The first is a reoccurrence of the “Kut-Ku Gone Cuckoo” mission with all the original conditions applying. The second Event mission is called “Tongue-Tied,” and offers both Difficulty and Master Rank Armor Spheres. These rare spheres can be employed to enhance your gear, but you’ll need Hunter Rank 21 or higher to participate in this time-limited event.
For the last week, participants have the opportunity to engage in three additional Event Quests. The first is titled “Ballet in the Rain,” which involves tracking down a large spider known as Tempered Lala Barina. If your Hunter Rank is 21 or higher, you’ll unlock Glowing Orbs that can modify your weapons and skills. The last two quests, “Sand-Scarred Soul” and “Like a Fire Hidden by Sand,” require a Hunter Rank of nine to participate. In the first quest, you’ll receive Glowing Orbs for customizing your armor, while the second provides the Expedition Headgear, a new type of armor that has not been revealed yet.
At the moment, we don’t have any details about when Event Quests might come back, but it’s possible that they could return at a later time. For now, the only method to claim these rewards is by finishing the quests before they expire.
