Monster Hunter Wilds & KFC join forces with meal bundle and exclusive rewards

Monster Hunter Wilds and KFC Japan are partnering for a special promotion! For a limited time, you can get themed meal packs at KFC and unlock exclusive rewards in the game, letting fans enjoy both real-world food and digital goodies.

From November 19th to December 16th, KFC is offering a special promotion called “Finger Lickin’ Good.” It features the “Monster Hunter Collaboration Pack,” which includes KFC’s classic fried chicken, fries, and a honey maple biscuit.

Okay, so there aren’t any huge new food options or anything, but whenever you buy something, you get a code for a cool in-game charm, and it comes with a little bundle of items to go with it. Pretty neat!

Players can select either the Feast Set White, featuring a Colonel Felyne charm and premium cooking ingredients, or the Spice Up Set Red, which comes with a KFC Bucket Felyne charm and items geared towards hunting.

These special charms were created just for this collaboration, and customers who purchase the pack will be able to use their code starting December 16th.

KFC is offering meals in two sizes: a larger one with three pieces of chicken for 1700 yen (about $11) and a smaller one with two pieces for 1350 yen (around $8.70). Both sizes are available in either a White or Red version, and each comes with a set of collectible stickers based on the design you choose. They also come in special packaging.

Okay, so here’s the deal: if you pre-order online starting November 13th, you’re automatically entered into a raffle! Twenty lucky winners will snag a seriously cool collaboration hoodie, and another 200 people will get a Felyne-themed phone case. I’m definitely trying my luck – that hoodie looks awesome!

Throughout the promotional campaign, fans will be able to take photos with life-size panels of characters from Monster Hunter Wilds.

Currently, the special Monster Hunter Wilds and KFC partnership is only available in Japan. There’s no word yet on whether it will come to other countries. If you’re in Japan and enjoy Monster Hunter, you can get exclusive merchandise when you buy KFC wings!
