Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (through Steam), and Nintendo Switch. Final Weapon gave the game a rating of 4 out of 5 stars. The standard version costs $69.99, while the Deluxe Edition and Premium Deluxe Edition are priced at $89.99 and $99.99, respectively. The Deluxe Edition includes the full game, a Deluxe Kit, and access to the upcoming side story, Rudy’s Tale.

Capcom has announced a free update coming in summer 2026 that will introduce tougher versions of monsters called Royal Monsters. According to producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, players level 90 and above will need to be well-prepared with their best monsters and tactics to defeat them. Capcom is also making good progress on the ‘Rudy’ DLC, and may release it sooner than originally planned.

Capcom announced that after beating the game, players can replay the ‘Final Battle’ at a harder difficulty. Successfully completing this tougher version unlocks ‘Royal Monsters’ – stronger versions of almost all monsters – throughout the game. This also includes Royal Monster versions of Invasive Monsters and Elder Dragons, so players should get their teams and equipment ready for even more challenging fights!
