Scopely’s hit casual game, MONOPOLY GO!, has been kind enough to offer us extra Dice Rolls to stockpile freebies through events and tournaments. In August 2024, the Urban Photo Finish Tournament will be active, introducing a competitive aspect with numerous rewards for MONOPOLY GO! participants. Players can vie for their place on the leaderboard and grab impressive prizes. Here’s all you need to know about participating, achieving milestones, and the enticing rewards up for grabs during this thrilling event.
Urban Photo Finish Tournament in MONOPOLY GO!
Commencing on August 5, 2024, for a full day, the Urban Photo Finish tournament is set to start. During this competition, participants must step onto the Railroad squares to collect Urban Photo Finish Tokens. These tokens can be used to engage in either Shutdown or Bank Heist mini-games. Simultaneously, the City Racers event will take place, rewarding us with Race Flag tokens.
Regarding the Heist Tokens, a Small Bank heist earns you 4 Tokens, while a Large Heist awards 6 Tokents. If you fail and become Bankrupt, you’ll receive 8 Tokens instead. This time, there’s also a Mega Heist option, providing you with 12 Tokens if you manage to land on it.
In this scenario, if you run into a blocked shutdown, you’ll accumulate not one but two Shutdown Tokens. Conversely, achieving a successful shutdown will reward you with four tokens instead. To maximize your token collection, consider leveraging the multiplier for additional tokens.

The Urban Photo Finish Tournament includes thirty key stages, providing a collective 3520 opportunities to roll dice, and approximately 1500 Racer Tokens up for grabs. Notably, there’s a substantial stage towards the end that grants an additional 1300 dice rolls once you accumulate 1800 points at the thirty-first milestone.
