Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is gearing up for its largest esports event of the year. At the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026, the game will feature two major global competitions, including the Mobile Legends Women’s Invitational (MWI) 2026. This tournament boasts a $500,000 prize pool and will crown the best female Mobile Legends team of 2026.
Mobile Legends MWI 2026: Schedule and Format
The tournament begins with a Group Stage featuring 16 teams divided into two groups of eight. Teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket, playing best-of-three matches. The four highest-ranking teams will then move on to the Playoffs.
The playoffs will be a single-elimination bracket. Quarterfinal matches will be best-of-three, while the semifinals and third-place match will be best-of-five. The final match will be a best-of-seven series. The event will conclude after the champion is crowned on July 19th.
This year’s event marks a change for MWI, now becoming a standalone competition. It’s being officially renamed the Women’s Global Championship for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and will be held with the same importance as the MSC tournament.
Prize Pool
MLBB MWI 2026 will have a massive prize pool of $500,000, distributed among the competing teams. The winning team will receive the largest share, with significant prizes also awarded to the other participants. Here’s how the prize money will be divided:
