It appears that Capcom has officially announced the arrival of not one but two fighting game compilations – Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics and Capcom Fighting Collection 2 – on Xbox One in the coming year. Previously, it seemed as though these collections were going to bypass Xbox altogether.
1. Arcade Classics (Arcade Fighting Collection) – This refers to a collection of various fighting games, often associated with the comic book universe, such as Marvel. It encompasses Capcom Fighting Classics (Capcom Clash), bundling X-Men (X-Men vs.), Street Fighter (Street Fighter, Marvel vs.), and Marvel Super Heroes (Marvel Super Heroes vs.).
In terms of Capcom Fighting Collection 2, it boasts an array of fan favorites from the SEGA Dreamcast era such as Power Stone and Power Stone 2. Moreover, it offers additional games like Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro, Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001, Capcom Fighting Evolution, Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER, Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein, and the sequel to Rival Schools titled Project Justice.
