Marcia under cover! Maureen McCormick, 69, hides behind mask and shades as she takes a stroll with husband of 41 years

Maureen McCormick, who was once a hugely famous teenage star, is now living a much more private life, as seen in exclusive photos obtained by Daily Mail.

69-year-old Florence Henderson, known for her role on The Brady Bunch, went for a walk in her Los Angeles neighborhood with her husband of 41 years, Michael Cummings. She tried to avoid being recognized during the outing.

I spotted her yesterday, March 26th, taking a walk around the neighborhood, and she was really trying to stay low-key! She had a full face mask on, plus a cap and sunglasses – I guess to protect herself from the sun and maybe avoid getting noticed by fans. It was sweet to see her just enjoying a normal stroll.

Even though they seemed to want to keep a low profile, the couple couldn’t hide their affection for each other. They were photographed holding hands only a few days after celebrating their wedding anniversary on March 16th.

Photos show the couple stopped walking when they ran into a friend who was selling eyeglasses on the street.

I saw McCormick and Cummings stop to browse what she was selling and they had a quick chat, but in the end, they didn’t buy anything. It was a shame, but they wished her well as they left.

The former child star gave the woman a warm embrace before continuing on her way with her husband.

Maureen McCormick, best known as Marcia Brady from the popular 1970s TV show The Brady Bunch, has often talked about the difficulties she experienced while working on the show.

The couple faced several difficult times when they first started dating. Maureen has shared that she quit using cocaine after Michael gave her an ultimatum, making it clear their relationship depended on it.

The two tied the knot in 1985, at the height of her destructive drug addiction.

Last year, McCormick and Cummings revealed the key to their successful marriage: consistent effort. They described their relationship as a ‘lifetime deal’ that requires ongoing work to flourish.

‘You’ve got to have a sense of humor about things,’ her husband told People in September.

Don’t dwell on things too much. It’s important to relax, appreciate the people you’re with, and remember that relationships are for life.

The actress also stressed the importance of ‘celebrating the differences.’

Honestly, as a long-time follower, it’s so heartwarming to see McCormick and their partner still celebrating their anniversary! McCormick shared that they really haven’t stopped, and you can tell it’s because they’ve put a lot of effort into building and maintaining their relationship. It’s lovely to see that dedication being recognized and enjoyed!

She added: ‘It’s better than ever. We feel very grateful and thankful to have found each other.’

Maureen McCormick became famous at just 13 years old when she played one of the original children on the popular TV show, The Brady Bunch.

Maureen McCormick became well-known for her role as Marcia Brady, the eldest sister in a family of five, on a popular television show that ran for five seasons before ending in 1974.

After the original Brady Bunch series ended, she continued to play her character in several spin-off shows. She also appeared as a guest star on various TV series and in movies throughout the 1970s and 1980s.

However, the show’s cancellation led to a severe struggle with substance abuse, which significantly harmed her career and almost caused her divorce.

In her 2008 memoir, she revealed that her life changed when her husband, Cummings, told her she had to get sober or he would divorce her.

Michael has had a successful acting career in both television and film, with appearances on well-known shows like Criminal Minds, Fresh Off the Boat, Miracle on Ice, and Drop-Out Father, where he acted alongside Dick Van Dyke, among other roles.
