Emily Atack bundled up as she headed out on a walk with her 19-month-old son Barney on Wednesday.
The 36-year-old actress looked stylish in a long black coat worn over a white sweater and flowy patterned pants.
Emily accessorised with black sunglasses and slicked her blonde hair back for the low-key outing.
Actress and ‘The Rivals’ star, who had a baby boy named Barney with her partner Alistair Garner, 40, in June 2024, was seen out for a walk without any makeup, showing off her natural look.
Emily recently starred in a stunning photoshoot for Agent Provocateur‘s Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, where she portrayed ‘The Duchess’, showcasing her incredible physique.
The actress looked stunning in a provocative lingerie set, inspired by her character in the upcoming series based on Jilly Cooper’s ‘Rivals.’ Some photos included a riding crop, hinting at the themes of the show.
In 2024, she starred as Sarah Stratton in the popular Disney+ series and gained attention for a revealing tennis scene. Now, she’s continuing to embrace bold roles with a partnership featuring a well-known lingerie brand.
The actress, looking incredibly fit, has sparked conversation online after rumors surfaced about her using weight loss injections. This has caused a split among her fans on social media.
Let me tell you, I was absolutely blown away by Emily’s latest photoshoot! It took place at the gorgeous Camfield Place in Hertfordshire, and the looks were seriously stunning. She rocked a bold, edgy vibe – think a playful take on a ‘Rivals’ aesthetic – and a PVC outfit really completed the look, adding a touch of modern, confident style. It’s all about embracing your power, and she definitely nailed it!
During the campaign, Emily shared that she’s long been a fan of Agent Provocateur, but was amazed to discover the talented and creative team behind the brand.
I felt like a true part of the team from the very beginning – starting with our first lunch, continuing through a fun afternoon of lingerie shopping in Soho, and culminating in a great photoshoot at Camfield Place. I was completely comfortable letting things unfold naturally.
This project has been incredibly rewarding from beginning to end, and I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished.
Creative director Sarah Shotton shared that she rediscovered her love for British culture while in the North when the show ‘Rivals,’ known for its amazing cast and costumes, aired. Her SS26 collection draws heavily from the late 1980s, embracing a bold, playful style with vibrant prints and luxurious fabrics. She described it as one of her favorite collections she’s created in years.
When we were envisioning this campaign, we knew we needed a star who was truly captivating, distinctly British, and just… stunning. Honestly, Emily was the only person who could have brought the vision to life – it felt like the campaign wouldn’t exist without her. She was perfect!
This new post follows a wave of criticism Emily received after sharing Christmas photos. Some followers have even accused her of using weight-loss injections.
Emily looked stunning in her Instagram photos, which showed off her favorite Christmas outfits and festive, but overwhelming, holiday spreads. She joked that looking at the tables made her feel stressed!
Her social media post quickly filled with comments, and many fans came to her defense after some people speculated she’d used weight-loss injections. One commenter wrote, ‘Looks like she’s using injections,’ while another asked if that was the case, adding, ‘Looks good though.’
Shortly after giving birth, Emily shared that she’d been receiving a lot of questions about losing weight, but she wasn’t feeling pressured to quickly return to exercising.
In a 2024 interview on Jamie Laing’s Great Company podcast, Emily discussed how having a baby can be freeing. She explained that pregnancy dramatically changes how you view your body, seeing it as something entirely new and capable.
It’s incredible to grow a human being inside your body and then give birth, but it’s frustrating when, immediately afterward, people focus on when you’ll start working to get your pre-pregnancy body back, especially considering the physical and emotional changes you’ve just experienced.
Emily chuckled, ‘You’re joking, right? I just gave birth – it’s completely draining! After pushing a baby out of my body, the very last thing I want to do is exercise, but everyone expects me to ‘bounce back’ and get in shape right away.’
It’s strange – people don’t really celebrate you becoming a mom, they immediately ask about losing the baby weight. I haven’t been back to the gym yet, and honestly, I’ve gained a little weight since the baby was born. Right now, I’m just focusing on enjoying this time with my little one.
