Love Island’s Andrada Pop, 27, undergoes liposuction on ‘stubborn chin and arm fat’ after jetting back to Turkey six months after boob job

Andrada Pop recently returned to Turkey for more cosmetic surgery, only six months after having breast augmentation there.

The 27-year-old Love Island contestant, who was on the ITV2 show in 2025, announced on Instagram that she’s getting liposuction to get rid of persistent fat on her chin and arms.

She mentioned she was back in Turkey and wanted to have a serious conversation. She explained she’s committed to being open and honest about her experiences, just as she was with her decision to have breast surgery.

I’m sharing a personal update: I’m getting liposuction tomorrow. It’s a decision I’ve made about my own body and life. I’ve been dealing with some really stubborn fat – seriously, my arm is larger than my head – and I’m choosing to address it.

I’ve always been self-conscious about having stubborn fat, even after losing weight. After getting breast implants, I felt unbalanced and overly top-heavy, so I’m addressing this insecurity with another procedure.

After her surgery, she shared a video and explained she’d also had fat removed from under her chin, showing off the bandage on her face.

Andrada went back to her hotel and seemed to be recovering well, even dancing for the camera while still wearing bandages.

Okay, so I was obsessed with her latest post! She finally talked about getting her chin done! She said she’s always struggled with a little stubborn fat there, especially when you see her in profile, and she just decided to go for it. Plus, she’s getting lipo on her arms too! She said this is it – her last surgery ever, and she wants to make sure she doesn’t have any regrets. I’m SO excited for her! It’s amazing she’s doing everything she wants!

I was so surprised to learn she finally went through with the breast augmentation! She’d talked about it for ages, and even admitted she lacked the courage to do it before, but she had the surgery in October. It’s great to see her feeling confident enough to do what she wanted.

She shared with her fans that getting surgery in Turkey for the first time was frightening, but she felt God was guiding her through it, so she decided to go through with it independently.

Andrada made a big impact on Love Island, finding herself in a dramatic love triangle with Dejon Noel-Williams and Megan Moore.

The couple arrived in Agadir, Morocco, on Wednesday for a getaway to get to know each other better.

After their workout, the reality stars relaxed and sunbathed, with Tyrique taking a picture of Samie lounging by the pool.
