Lily Allen shared some revealing photos on Instagram from behind the scenes of her West End Girl tour, showing her in black lace lingerie and fishnet stockings.

The 40-year-old singer posted several candid photos of herself backstage, playfully enjoying the moment in a lace bra and thong, before going on stage to perform.

For one of her daring outfits on the show, she wore a revealing lingerie set with fishnet stockings and a delicate lace robe.

Lily was in her dressing room, looking stylish in her outfit and checking her phone. Her dark hair was neatly styled in an updo.

The actress playfully showed off her physique by posing on a chair in her dressing room and briefly revealing her rear in a mirror.

She finished getting ready by slipping into her tall white platform heels and a long, spotted cape trimmed with fur, then walked onto the stage.

The album ‘West End Girl’ is well-known as a tribute to Taylor Swift’s former husband, David Harbour, and the difficult end of their relationship.

While singing “4Chan Stan,” a song about finding out a partner cheated, Lily covered herself with a long piece of cloth decorated with the song’s lyrics and images of receipts.

During the first two concerts in Glasgow and Liverpool last week, audience members noticed that the receipts displayed on stage were from tequila bars and Bergdorf Goodman, listing purchases her former partner had made for other people.

This part of the song directly references a line where she sings about never having been to Bergdorf Goodman, but knowing someone was taken there on May 24th and bought a pricey handbag. She wasn’t there, as she was likely asleep in London at the time.

During the performance, Lily dramatically removed her receipt dress, showing off a delicate, custom-made lace bodysuit by Self-Portrait and shiny burgundy hot pants worn underneath.

The dress isn’t the only connection to the album’s themes of infidelity. During her performance of “Pussy Palace,” Lily sang from a bed next to a Duane Reade bag, a detail that echoes the song’s lyrics about finding a bag of sex toys at her husband’s other apartment.

The album received three nominations at the 2026 BRIT Awards, but the artist didn’t win any awards at last week’s show.

During her West End Girl tour performance, Lily Allen quickly changed outfits six times throughout the 45-minute show. Her looks included a see-through Valentino nightgown, a tweed Valentino suit, and a black leather bustier dress from 16Arlington – a brand she modeled for last year.

Mel Ottenberg, editor-in-chief of Interview magazine, created the stunning looks for the show. He shared on Instagram that his friend Lily convinced him to return to styling after a 20-year break, as he originally styled her two decades ago.

Some fans said they didn’t quite understand the structure of Lily’s first performance, and were surprised that she was only on stage for 45 minutes.

Everyone enjoyed watching Lily perform her new album in its entirety, though a few people weren’t as enthusiastic about the first part of the concert.

The audience enjoyed a 55-minute performance of instrumental versions of the artist’s popular songs, such as ‘Not Fair,’ ‘The Fear,’ and ‘Smile,’ played by a string trio.

This part of the show got a varied reaction. Some people found it amusing and over-the-top, while others felt it was simple and childish, like a song from a school assembly.
