Lewis Capaldi enjoys a boozy night out with Sam Fender in NYC

Lewis Capaldi looked in good spirits as he enjoyed a night out with Sam Fender in New York City.

The singers reunited in New York City, and Sam, age 31, posted a video on TikTok of them dancing at Peter Dillon’s bar.

In the video, the couple talked while sitting at their table before getting up to dance at the well-known pub popular with Newcastle fans.

Sam commented on the video, explaining he took Lewis to a famous pub called Newcastle in New York hoping to get noticed by more people.

He added the caption ‘can’t rein us in’ and used his song ‘Rein Me In’ – a collaboration with Olivia Dean – as the soundtrack to the video.

Lewis, 29, rarely drinks alcohol. He’s mentioned before that he reduced his alcohol intake to improve his health and reduce anxiety.

He admitted to feeling anxious after drinking, but explained this time was worse because he hadn’t had alcohol in a long time. He said his mother had to come and comfort him, staying with him in bed until he calmed down, as detailed in his Netflix documentary, How I’m Living Now.

This follows Lewis Hamilton’s playful response to rumors that he spent the Coachella music festival with Kim Kardashian, which he addressed with his usual sense of humor on Monday night.

A Scottish singer, age 29, was incorrectly labeled as Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton, by the X (formerly Twitter) account Distinct Post. They mistakenly thought he was the Formula 1 driver.

Capaldi playfully acknowledged the mistake by reposting it and adding, ‘Seriously, not cool – that’s a real invasion of privacy.’

Some users on X didn’t realize Capaldi was being sarcastic and responded defensively, arguing he shouldn’t expect privacy while attending a public event.

Lewis playfully called one person a ‘silly billy’ and jokingly asked another if they were new to Earth, suggesting they seemed to believe they were dating Kim, the 45-year-old reality TV star.

The person who first posted about Capaldi and Kim said they actually meant Lewis Hamilton.

They wrote: ‘Guys it was typo. I accidentall promoted Lewis Hamtilon to *Louis Capaldi [sic].’

As a lifestyle observer, I spotted Kim and Hamilton arriving together at Justin Bieber’s concert on Saturday. Later, I saw videos circulating of them having a great time and dancing with the crowd – they clearly enjoyed the show!

Lewis has shared that Bieber stopped responding to him after they had a fun, eventful night out together at a party with many other celebrities.

Justin Bieber, 32, and Chris Stark swapped numbers one night, but Bieber didn’t reply to Stark’s text the next morning, according to Stark.

He said: ‘It was amazing, there was famous people, Charli XCX was there, Justin Bieber was there.

Justin Bieber approached me and greeted me, asking how I was doing. I playfully pointed out that he didn’t seem to remember my name. He quickly replied that he did, saying, ‘You’re Lewis Capaldi!’

I had a really great evening with Justin Bieber. We didn’t stay overnight, but we spent time together and I felt like we were becoming good friends – it felt like a big deal!

He told me to give him my number the next day, and I thought, ‘Meeting Justin Bieber and actually getting his contact info? This is amazing!’

I sent him a really overly flattering text message. I basically told him how amazing he was, saying things like, ‘Last night was incredible, you’re such a great person, and it was so fun hanging out,’ just a lot of excessive praise.

He saw my message but hasn’t responded. Justin Bieber, if you’re reading this, please text me back – it feels like he ignored me.
