Karren Brady shows off her slim figure in glamorous snaps ahead of The Apprentice final after denying using weight-loss jabs

Karren Brady looked fantastic in a stylish blue outfit as she shared photos on Instagram before the finale of The Apprentice on Thursday night.

The 57-year-old businesswoman showed off her fit arms in a sleeveless blouse from Julia Amory, paired with matching wide-leg linen trousers.

Karren highlighted her waist with a bold silver Chanel belt and added height with a pair of tall, brown Zara sandals.

The BBC star showed off long, curly hair and glamorous makeup while posing for photos on set.

In the final episode of The Apprentice, Pascha Myhill and Karishma Vijay will compete for a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar.

The competition has reached its climax. After twelve challenging weeks filled with difficult tasks and intense negotiations, only two candidates remain, vying for a single, potentially life-altering investment.

The final round of pitches is starting, with returning mentors helping the finalists refine their business plans. These entrepreneurs will then present their ideas to a panel of industry professionals.

‘Let’s find out who’s got what it takes to win Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment…’

Karren has responded to rumors about her recent weight loss, denying claims that she used medication to achieve it.

She stated she hadn’t used any cosmetic injections and explained her changed appearance was simply the result of eating well and working out.

She told The Sun that questions about her weight loss felt like attempts to undermine her or make her self-conscious.

She stated she doesn’t use Ozempic, but she frequently faces unwanted questions about her weight. She wishes people would focus on her professional accomplishments instead.

Karren continued, explaining that everyone has the right to make their own choices about their body, and she fully supports that. However, she believes people often act as if they have more knowledge than they actually do, or simply make assumptions.

Whether or not I chose to do something with my body is my decision. I believe the way people often discuss women’s bodies is meant to make them feel small or insecure.

I’ve faced constant criticism about my body throughout my life – sometimes people say I’m too big, other times too small. Ultimately, I just want to feel healthy and confident, both in my body and in my mind.

She used to lose up to five kilograms before each season of The Apprentice, wanting to appear her usual size and avoid looking bigger than Alan Sugar, who she noted is very fit and healthy.

Karren Brady, vice chairman of West Ham United, says Lord Sugar has recently become a workout partner of sorts.

He’s really in great shape. My husband and he often go cycling together when we’re on vacation. He’s incredibly fit, so I usually get fitness advice from him.

I was so lucky to travel around Italy on Lord Sugar’s boat – it was absolutely incredible! He’s a genuinely lovely man, and his family is wonderful too. The whole experience was just amazing.

Despite being a busy mom of two, she’s committed to fitness and has made exercise a regular part of her life.

She emphasized the importance of making time for exercise, especially as we age. She personally sticks to a regular fitness routine that includes cardio, weight training, and occasionally swimming.

I usually go three or four times a week, but I don’t have a fixed schedule. Between my full-time job and frequent voting commitments at the House of Lords, I just go whenever I have the time.

The businesswoman recently shared that becoming a grandmother inspired her to lose weight. Her daughter, Sophia Peschisolido, had two sons, Leo, who is now 22 months old, and George, who is four months old.

Karren recently focused on improving her health. Becoming a grandmother motivated her to get in shape, so she began eating well and exercising regularly.

I haven’t signed up for the Ozempic Club – it seems like a lot of effort. Losing weight is one thing, but maintaining the loss is the real challenge.

You know, I’ve actually lost some weight recently, though I’m not really one to step on the scale! Honestly, I feel fantastic – it’s such a great feeling when clothes just fit better, you know? It makes getting dressed so much easier and boosts my confidence. It’s less about a number and more about how I feel in my clothes.
