Lee Latchford-Evans reveals the gender of his newborn baby and the sweet name he and his wife Kerry-Lucy have picked

Lee Latchford-Evans announced on Instagram Monday that he and his wife, Kerry-Lucy, welcomed a baby and shared the little one’s name.

The 51-year-old singer recently shared happy news on Instagram, posting a black-and-white photo of himself leaving the hospital with their new baby.

I was so saddened to hear about Lee and Kerry-Lucy. They’re such a lovely couple – they got married back in 2012 and already have a sweet little boy named Leo, who’s four. It wasn’t easy for them getting here, though. Before Leo, they went through the heartbreak of a miscarriage, which I know must have been incredibly difficult.

They announced the arrival of their baby girl, Khloe-Bow, by sharing a heartwarming video of their hands gently holding hers.

Alongside the clip, he wrote: ‘I get to love you, my wife, my son & now my daughter.

We’re thrilled to introduce little Khloe-Bow! She’s recovering nicely and is already being the most wonderful mom.

‘Leo has become an incredible big brother & already very protective over his little sister.

We’re all completely in love with her! She’s everything we’ve ever hoped for and has brought so much joy to our family. Welcome to the world, sweet baby!

In 2021, Steps member Ian ‘H’ Watkins and his wife, Kerry-Lucy, shared their difficult experience with the birth of their son, Leo.

Their son was positioned feet-first, which caused complications during labor and required Kerry-Lucy to have a cesarean section.

The actress also experienced pre-eclampsia, a pregnancy complication that causes high blood pressure.

Kerry-Lucy shared with OK! Magazine that she was frightened during her C-section when the initial anesthesia didn’t work. She needed additional medication and an epidural before doctors could proceed with the operation.

Kerry-Lucy described the operation, saying that the curtains were dimmed just enough for her to see the baby being lifted out. She found the sight ‘quite amazing,’ describing the baby as ‘this little person’.

Lee suddenly had to take on full childcare responsibilities when Kerry was put on bed rest after her surgery.

Lee described his wife, Kerry, as a natural caregiver who loves helping others. He explained that being unable to assist when their son needed it was really difficult for her, as she just wanted to be involved. Now that she’s able to pick him up, hold him, and move around more easily, they’re working well together as a family.

The couple shared that experiencing a miscarriage made them even more grateful for their child. Lee explained that having gone through both the joy of having a baby and the heartbreak of loss, they feel incredibly fortunate.

In April 2021, the couple happily announced they were expecting a baby, following a sad miscarriage the previous year.

Lee recently shared with OK! magazine that they had been trying for a baby for a long time and were navigating their feelings while seeing others experience the joy of parenthood.

We began to wonder why things weren’t going well and started to question ourselves. There was a little bit of doubt between us, but thankfully, we have a solid and supportive relationship that helped us through it.

There was a period when it seemed like all our friends were having babies, and seeing them with strollers everywhere really bothered us. We felt a bit resentful, even though we knew it wasn’t fair, and it was just a frustrating time.

Kerry-Lucy shared on Loose Women that she had to take three pregnancy tests to prove to her husband that she was pregnant with their first child.

She explained that it took three pregnancy tests to convince Lee. The first test showed a very faint positive line, but when she told him she might be pregnant, he didn’t believe her. She took a second test with a clear positive line, but he still didn’t believe it.

Lee explained that he was skeptical at first, but Kerry confirmed the result with a digital test, which was undeniable. He says everything is progressing well so far.
