Lamborghini has released the Revuelto Impavido, a limited edition of just 25 cars celebrating 25 years in Japan. Lamborghini celebrated its 25th anniversary in Japan by unveiling a special edition supercar called the Revuelto Impavido. The name ‘Impavido’ means fearless or courageous in Italian and pays tribute to Bushido – the traditional code of honor emphasizing bravery, discipline, and perseverance. Lamborghini’s CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, explained that this project demonstrates how the company blends cutting-edge technology with meaningful cultural influences.
This unique design came from Lamborghini’s personalization team. Instead of typical graphics, the designers looked to the art and style of samurai warriors for inspiration. The car’s exterior has strong, angled lines that suggest the swift movement of a katana sword. Gold accents are inspired by the cords used on ancient samurai armor. The front end features design elements taken from traditional helmet crests, while parts on the roof and fenders resemble the small, lacquered plates of armor. Customers can choose between four special exterior colors: Verde Campus, a green representing life and prosperity; Grigio Artis Lucido, a grey reflecting the skill of sword making; Grigio Crater Matt, a dark grey evoking protective armor; and Rosso Pyra, a red associated with courage in battle. All versions include glossy black 21-inch front and 22-inch rear wheels, bronze brake components, and matte black exhaust pipes.
The interior of the cabin offers a luxurious experience, combining black Nero Ade leather and Corsa Tex fabric with distinctive Bronzo Oreadi stitching. Unique details include custom door panel designs, special Samurai embroidery, and a carbon-fiber plaque identifying each of the limited 25 units. Paolo Sartori, Lamborghini’s Head of Japan, explained that this special edition was created to thank dedicated collectors in the region. While the interior receives significant attention, the car’s hybrid engine remains the same. It features a powerful 6.5-liter V12 engine combined with three electric motors, producing a total of 1,001 horsepower and all-wheel drive. This allows for incredibly fast acceleration – from 0 to 60 mph in just over two seconds – and a top speed of 212 mph.
