Kylie Jenner slashes price on $20million Hidden Hills mansion after just one month on the market

Kylie Jenner quickly lowered the asking price of her $20 million Hidden Hills home, just a month after putting it up for sale.

The 28-year-old businesswoman, recently seen with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet at a basketball game, originally listed her home for sale in late March for $20.25 million.

The TV personality has reduced the asking price by $2.3 million, now listing the property for $17,995,000, according to TMZ.

Jenner was living in her eight-bedroom Hidden Hills home because she was renovating another house she owns nearby.

In January, the mother of two shared a sneak peek of her renovated 30,000-square-foot modern farmhouse. She bought the property from Miley Cyrus in 2020 for $15 million.

She posted a photo to her Instagram stories showing the outside of the house, which backed onto a dirt driveway and had construction vehicles nearby.

In text added over the picture, the reality star typed out: ‘house meetings are my fav.’ 

One slide featured a close-up of the property’s large stone exterior, giving it a rustic and charming look.

I’m loving the warm, cozy vibe Jenner’s creating in her home! She recently gave us a peek at the renovations, and I’m especially excited about the gorgeous wood paneling and wood floors she’s having installed. It’s all about bringing that natural texture and feeling of comfort into the space.

The media personality’s other Hidden Hills mansion officially hit the market last month.

This modern farmhouse is a beautiful two-story home with over 13,000 square feet of living space. It’s set on a spacious 1.4-acre lot and features a backyard oasis with a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit.

There are eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms inside the large home.

She purchased the sprawling home for $12.05 million in late 2016 when she was still a teenager.

The backyard also has a playhouse for kids. The long driveway leads to a motor court with space for eight cars.

And underneath, she wrote ‘set days’ – I have NO idea what that means, but it’s probably super important and I’m trying to figure it out!

On Tuesday, Kendall Jenner and Timothée Chalamet enjoyed a casual date night, watching the Knicks win against the Atlanta Hawks in a 2026 NBA Playoffs game.
