A player of ‘Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’ has recently found an in-game character whose name seems like a playful tribute to Johnny Silverhand, a character from ‘Cyberpunk’. This wink to the widely recognized dystopian series is not the first Easter egg that fans of ‘Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’ have come across so far.
Ever since I picked up “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2” on February 4, it’s been an unforgettable journey! The first-person open-world RPG set in medieval Bohemia has been breaking records left and right. In just its first day on the market, this game sold a million copies! And within the next two weeks, that number doubled!
As more people jumped into the action, they started sharing their findings about hidden Easter eggs scattered throughout the game. It’s been fascinating to see all the secrets players have uncovered, making my gaming experience even richer and more immersive.
As I delved deeper into the captivating world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 last week, I stumbled upon an intriguing NPC named Johann Silverfist in the game’s second region – a name that instantly reminded me of Johnny Silverhand from the legendary Cyberpunk franchise. For those who may not be aware, Keanu Reeves brings this iconic character to life in CD Projekt Red’s highly anticipated title, Cyberpunk 2077.
Excited by my discovery, I shared it on Reddit where it quickly garnered thousands of upvotes and found a spot on the r/KingdomCome subreddit’s front page around mid-February 2025. It seems that many fellow gamers are yet to stumble upon this clever Easter egg hidden within the game, making my find all the more rewarding!
Where To Find Johann Silverfist in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
In the sequel to Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Johann Silverfist can be encountered shortly upon arriving at Kuttenberg. He’s tied to a mission known as the Kuttenberg Tournament, which becomes accessible once you’ve completed Ars Dimicatoria. To kick off Ars Dimicatoria, players must intervene in a daytime altercation north of the Iron Eagle Tavern, leading to the Swordfighting Guild where Menhard van Frankfurt can be spoken with to begin the Kuttenberg Tournament. This mission can be revisited multiple times, and Johann Silverfist is one among several notable characters linked to it.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance Also Paid Tribute to a Hit CDPR RPG
It’s not the first game developed by Warhorse Studios that references one of CD Projekt Red’s RPGs. In fact, the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance contained several Easter eggs linked to The Witcher series. For instance, players could discover a horse named Roach, which is Geralt’s trusted steed in The Witcher. Additionally, interacting with the stable owner at Merhojed stables led to a funny conversation where he claimed to have bought Roach from an unusual Polish man.
In addition to Johann Silverfist, Warhorse packed their latest RPG, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, with a multitude of Easter eggs inspired by popular media such as Puss in Boots, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Elden Ring, just to name a few.
