Apple TV has given fans a first glimpse of Keanu Reeves in his upcoming movie, along with its release date. Reeves has been consistently working on exciting projects since the original John Wick film made him popular with a new audience. That action series has continued with several sequels and spin-offs.
In 2025, Keanu Reeves will reprise his role as John Wick in the Ballerina spinoff, which stars Ana de Armas. He’ll also appear in Good Fortune, a comedy where an angel named Gabriel accidentally swaps the bodies of two people, leading to chaotic results. Reeves will continue filming comedies with Outcome, a dark comedy series for Apple TV+.
Apple TV gave fans their first glimpse of Keanu Reeves as Reef Hawk in the upcoming movie, Outcome, during an event today, February 3, 2026. Directed by Jonah Hill, who also stars as Hawk’s lawyer Ira, Outcome will premiere on Apple TV on Friday, April 10, 2026. The film is one of the new original movies Apple TV is releasing.

Okay, so Keanu Reeves is really changing things up for his new film, Outcome. We’re so used to seeing him with the longer hair and beard he’s rocked since John Wick, but this is a totally different look. He’s sporting a shorter haircut and a much lighter beard as his character, Reef Hawk. In the first released image, we see him in a simple white shirt, clearly focused on someone – and it’s a striking departure from the Wick aesthetic. It’s refreshing to see him switch it up!
Keanu Reeves and Jonah Hill aren’t the only big names in this Apple Original Film. Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer also star in leading roles. The story centers around Reeves’ character, Reef Hawk, a famous actor who is threatened with a damaging video. He must rely on his friends to help him navigate the crisis and save his career.
In the dark comedy, Diaz and Bomer star as Hawk’s friends, Kyle and Xander. The story centers on Hawk, played by Reeves, as he travels down memory lane, attempting to make amends with people he may have hurt. He’s also trying to uncover who is blackmailing him and prevent a damaging video from being released.
I’m really excited about Jonah Hill’s directorial debut, Outcome. From what I’ve heard, he’s bringing a fresh perspective to a story about facing up to the past and trying to create a better future. And the cast is incredible! Alongside Hill, they’ve got legends like Martin Scorsese, plus Susan Lucci, Laverne Cox, David Spade, and a whole bunch of other amazing talents like Atsuko Okatsuka, Roy Wood Jr., Kaia Gerber, and Ivy Wolk. It’s definitely shaping up to be a film I’ll be checking out!
