Katy Perry's special message to Australia as she teases her next move: 'My mind is blown!'

As a lifestyle expert with a rich background in music and entertainment, I can confidently say that Katy Perry’s announcement of her ‘The Lifetimes Tour’ is nothing short of electrifying. Having had the privilege of attending several iconic concerts myself, I must admit that the anticipation surrounding this tour is truly palpable.

Katy Perry recently acknowledged her Australian fans with a heartfelt shout-out, following the announcement of her ‘The Lifetimes Tour’ last month.

On a Wednesday, the artist behind the smash hit “Teenage Dream,” now aged 39, shared on Instagram that she was astounded by the remarkable ticket sales.

Next to stunning self-portraits, Katy posted this message: “I’m utterly amazed by your reactions to THE LIFETIMES TOUR!

It appears that we’ve surpassed 125,000 tickets sold, and we’ve just announced the Australia dates – incredible!

The pop star finished her caption with a message of gratefulness and love for her Australian fans.

‘I LOVE YOU FOR LIFE & I can’t wait to dance with all of you in 2025,’ she added.

Last week, the Roar hitmaker took to social media to announce even more shows to her ever-expanding 2025 Australian Lifetimes tour.

Posting a fresh image of her tour schedule Down Under on Instagram, she disclosed that three additional shows had been scheduled, making Perth, Adelaide, and Melbourne the fortunate cities set to enjoy an extra performance by the Teenage Dream sensation.

Initially, the tour consisted of only one performance in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. However, she recently announced additional shows in Sydney and Brisbane over the past week.

After copping some backlash from Adelaide fans, Katy then added a show in the City of Churches.

Such was the demand for Katy in Adelaide, the singer was prompted to add two extra shows.

After they sold out, Katy added a fourth Adelaide date in the latest announcement.

Katy said that the new dates would be the final added to her anticipated 2025 tour.

‘I love you for life, Oz,’ Katy wrote.

It seems that the sentiment is reciprocated, since Katy’s Adelaide fans promptly expressed their gratitude towards her for showering the city with so much affection in the form of pop music.

‘Adelaide will legit never forget this we love YOU for lifetimes,’ one fan excitedly quipped.

Adding to the sentiment, another fan chimed in with: ‘Hopefully this shows other artists that Adelaide IS A PLACE TO TOUR.’

Based on Katy’s strong connection to Australia at present, one supporter proposed that she might as well take the plunge and relocate permanently towards the southern hemisphere, or in simpler terms, they suggested she should go ahead and settle down in Australia for good.

‘Babe you may as well live here at this point,’ they wrote. ‘We love you.’

Katy Perry’s Lifetimes tour begins on June 9th and 10th at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. After that, it heads to Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on the 12th, 13th, and 14th of June.

On June 17 and 18, she’s scheduled to perform at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. After that, she will be at the RAC Arena in Perth from June 22 through 23.

The tour concludes with a four-day engagement at the Adelaide Entertainment Center, running from June 26th through June 30th.

The news follows Katy’s stunning performance at the AFL Grand Final show held at the MCG in Melbourne on Saturday, which left the audience amazed.

She was reportedly paid a staggering $5million to put on a pre-game performance at the final.
